    A budget friendly BCA college that focuses more on academics than placements.
    Placements: In my batch, placements were average because CM College mainly focused on academics rather than corporate hiring. Around 10 to 15 percent of students got placed, mostly through off campus opportunities. Many students, including myself, chose to pursue higher studies like MCA or other masters programs after completing the course, because placement participation was limited.
    Infrastructure: Infrastructure of CM College was basic but functional. Classrooms were spacious and well ventilated. Though some needed modernization. Computer labs were available with sufficient systems for BCA students. Advanced software and the latest hardware needed improvement.
    Faculty: Teachers were qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. Most faculty members explained concepts clearly and helped students during exams and projects. Teaching quality was good for theoretical subjects. More practical exposure would have been beneficial.
    Other: The BCA course at CM College offered good value for money, especially for students from middle-class or rural backgrounds. Fees were affordable compared to private colleges. It makes a good option for students seeking a degree without financial burden.

    Overall, college is normal.
    Placements: 30% of students at our college were placed in big company on their own strength. Highest package was about 5 LPA, and the lowest package was about 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Bajaj, Tata, Hero, Honda, Mahindra, Usha, Wipro, etc. Top role was offered in the company as a manager.
    Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was provided in hostel. But labs in commerce department were not available. Every batch had separate classroom. Library for students was also available. In hostel, only living facilities were provided. Food was not provided. Mess or canteen was not available in hostel.
    Faculty: All teachers were well-qualified and supportive. They helped students achieve their goal. Course curriculum was relevant to the company for accounting, taxation, finance, HR, etc. Semester exams were normal as in other colleges, neither very hard nor very easy.
    Other: I chose this course for career opportunities.

    Our college has really good infrastructure and facilities.
    Placements: Our college has 500 students in a batch but most of them choose to study further like doing MBA or CA. Some of them also like to go for courses like CS, so 30-40% of students get placements. The highest package offered in our college is 8 LPA and the lowest package is 2.6 LPA. Mostly, local companies come into our college like AIG, Bajaj, etc. The top role offered is a business analyst.
    Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available and classrooms are pretty good. The library is very quiet and clean. The environment is also good. The food is average, not good, and not bad either. Dorms are decent but I have lived in a flat near college so I did not use that. Overall, our college is pretty good.
    Faculty: Teachers are very well-qualified and do their best at their job. They helped me very much in my courses. However, there are a few times when a few teacher are pretty hard to get along with but that's their style of teaching. The course curriculum is pretty outdated in my opinion as far as I get into it, and it's not what it should be. They don't make students industry-ready. Exams are decent sometimes and it is tough but overall decent.
    Other: I wanted to be a business student, so I had a few options like B.Com and BBA. However, the faculty members of BBA are not so good in our college so I chose the B.Com course. If we had some practical workshops, then it would have been better.

    Overall, it’s a moderate college, the classes were on time.
    Placements: They don't provide any placement opportunities for B.Com students, but they provide for BCA students which was disappointing as a B.Com student. This is the main negative point I found during my B.Com.
    Infrastructure: ​It was good, but they don't have a food facility in a hostel, so we have to eat outside. Hostel rooms are provided rarely, we need some connections to get hostel rooms. Canteen was nice, they provided good quality food and it was not so expensive. They always used to be polite to students.
    Faculty: It was top-notch. The positive side is the teachers were too good and supportive of our studies. The most important thing was they conducted exams on time. During our time, it was a three-year course, but it has converted to a four-year course semester-wise. During our time, it was normal and we had to give normal yearly exams.
    Other: College actively organized cultural and sports events. It's the best college in our region for B.Com and B.A.

    Life at Lalit Narayan Mithila University.
    Placements: Almost 60% of students are placed with this university and the highest package offered is 15 LPA and almost every student gets 3–4 LPA on average. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, and Capgemini. Major sector that originate from LNMU are IT, PHARMA, etc.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is very good, as it was the villa of the former king of Darbhanga and the full campus has Wi-Fi facilities and a library that are well maintained. There are a lot of PGs available around the campus that provide good quality food and have well-maintained rooms for the students.
    Faculty: The faculty of my course at this university are very supportive and they teach students with real-life examples that result in a good understanding of the subject. The exams are not so tough to crack but somehow they have some difficulties to pass. Overall, everything at this university is good for all the students.

    Lnmu gives scholarship to girls
    Placements: The college was great place to study and the teachers help you learn a lot about the field. It is a great place to study. They provide great placement although I did not opt for college placement rather I am pursuing further studies.
    Infrastructure: I was living at my home but infrastructure of the college was great. It has it's own office auditorium, library, and the classes are big. The college also have a beautiful garden by the side of river and it is really great place to study.
    Faculty: The faculty here are very well educated and great teachers. They teach you with great patience and they are full of knowledge. They are always ready to help you with all your doubts and issues. Exams are strict and you need to be prepared for all the success.
    Other: Great college for local students
