You can only apply for PGDM once you clear your graduation.If at all your results are held in reserve by the university and if you fail, there will be no refund given to you by the institute. Hope that answers your query.

The cut-off for the MMS admissions is done by the DTE. So, I cannot assure you but just helping you with the last years' cut-off which was 96.4 percentile.

None of the college above-mentioned guarantees 100% placements, although NL Dalmia has good placements than all of above, you can go for Sydenham and KJ Somaiya and JBIMS for 100% placements.
