    Placements: The placement in this course is way better than any other hotel management institute. All the students are placed in ITC properties across India, and if you are among the top of your batch, you get a placement chance in Europe and many other countries.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is a working hotel. You will be divided into small groups of 5-6 students and sent to learn in a kitchen for 1 month. Each month, you will be learning in new kitchens until the last 6 months of the course.
    Faculty: The faculties in this course are working professional chefs of a hotel who are masters in their cuisines. The exams are held twice a semester. The faculties help each and every student. The curriculum includes 5 days of learning in the hotel and 1 day of online classes. The study material is provided by EHL, which is in Switzerland, known as the best institute for hotel management in the world.
