Open admission universities normally have low admissions standards and accept all applicants as long as they fulfill a few minimal prerequisites. New admissions are frequently accepted all year long. It does have any accpetance rate data. SAT or ACT scores are not required to get into the college. The basic requiremet to get into the college is having a high school certificate or equivalent. A minimum high school GPA of 2.5 is required. Students just need to apply through the California Community Colleges application system online.

The foriegn work study programme of the college gives support to students for getting part time jobs while studying.
