At the same time, strict rules like a ₹50 fine for every missed lecture were already causing stress among students. When financial pressure and strict policies combined, frustration grew quickly. Students felt their concerns were not being clarified properly, which pushed many of them to gather together and raise slogans demanding answers and transparency.

Many students felt confused and dissatisfied when the issue was described as a technical or display problem, because the concern felt much bigger from their perspective. Students had already compared fee structures and realised that for some courses the annual fee was around ₹1.6 Lacs while PTU's approved fee is about ₹92,200. That difference felt too large to be explained by a simple technical error. Students expected a detailed breakdown explaining the gap and reassurance about value for money. Instead, the explanation felt brief and unclear, which increased confusion and frustration. When communication feels incomplete during a financial concern, trust naturally weakens. Many students felt the explanation did not fully answer their questions, which is why the issue continued to create anxiety and anger across campus.
