Students had already compared fee structures and realised that for some courses the annual fee was around ₹1.6 Lacs while PTU's approved fee is about ₹92,200. That difference felt too large to be explained by a simple technical error. Students expected a detailed breakdown explaining the gap and reassurance about value for money. Instead, the explanation felt brief and unclear, which increased confusion and frustration. When communication feels incomplete during a financial concern, trust naturally weakens. Many students felt the explanation did not fully answer their questions, which is why the issue continued to create anxiety and anger across campus.
