B.Com. in Computer Application - Batch of 2024

Not dissatisfied. It was okay.
Placements: The placement drive was like giving a link for the job drive, not much of a placement process, but it was helpful to many students. TCS, Accenture, and many other companies’ recruitment drive notifications were given by the college. I think female students are more preferred in the drives.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs were good. It was a day-to-day college with no hostels available. There was no sports and games ground available, but there is a volleyball ground inside the campus. There isn't any canteen for students, but you can go outside for these purposes. There is no Wi-Fi for students, only for official use.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, supportive, and friendly. They all had good knowledge and quality. Semester exams were not that tough for average students. I think 80% of my classmates passed all semester exams. You will get study leaves before exams.
Other: I was a commerce student, so I planned to take B.Com before choosing commerce as my stream. The campus was small, so the events and fests were not that likable to everyone.

Great college for placements .
Placements: Students of final year gets opportunities for placements. Many high reputed companies like Deloitte, Wipro, Bosch, EY will be there for hiring process. The salary package is from 15000-30000. About 40% of students gets placed last year. The job roles are like Data analyst, associate analyst, network engineer. Etc.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure for CS department. The classes and lab are well lit and clean. There is a separate building for library, its very calm and mind relaxing. Sadly, there isn't any college hostel facility, students need to find accommodation in nearby town. The canteen is just started there and there is nearby hospital within 2km. There are volleyball court and badminton court for outdoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and well educated. Teachers and staff are very friendly and we can approach for any help. BCA is a professional course and there is huge scope in IT industry. The semester exam papers are moderate to difficult in nature, students need to study hard for exams. About 90-95%gets passed out in one attempt.
Other: I chose BCA because there is wide scope for the IT field. I had also an interest towards gadgets and software. I think if there was a ground and hostel facility it would be better for students. There have been many programs like Arts day, sports day, farewell, freshers day, food fest, tech fest, union election. Etc.
