Hello! College of Engineering, Chengannur has a strong placement record, especially in the Computer Science and Electronics branches. The highest on-campus package in recent years has been around ?12 Lacs per annum. This package is offered by prestigious companies like IBM, TCS Digital, and Infosys. Although such high packages are offered by only a limited number of students, it still reflects the college's potential. The package most students usually receive is between ?3.5 to ?6 lakh. The main focus of placements is on CSE and ECE branches, where technical skills and participation in coding competitions provide better opportunities to students. The college's Training and Placement Cell actively prepares students for interviews and upskilling.

The College of Engineering, Chengannur is famous mainly because of its strong placement record, especially in IT.A lot of students get into good companies like TCS, Infosys, and even product-based firms. It also has a really active tech and coding culture, students take part in hackathons and tech events regularly. It's a government college under IHRD, so the fees are affordable, and the quality of teaching is decent. Plus, the student community is active, and their tech fest 'Summit' is quite popular.Overall, it's seen as one of the best options for engineering in Kerala if you want good placements and a solid campus environment.

Yes, the College of Engineering, Chengannur is definitely a well-known and respected college, especially in Kerala. It's a government-run institute under IHRD, and over the years, it has built a solid reputation, mainly because of its strong placements, especially in IT and software. Many students from here land jobs in top companies like TCS, Infosys, and Bosch. It's also known for its active student community, good coding culture and events like the Summit tech fest. The college might not have the most modern infrastructure, but the environment is student-friendly, and the teaching quality is generally good. So overall, yes! It's a recognised and trusted college for engineering.
