Strong placements but average campus life.

Faculty: The faculty is one of the strong points of the college. Most of the faculty members are well-qualified and approachable. They maintain a good teaching standard and are encouraging. The course curriculum is relevant and aligned with university guidelines. With the right effort and guidance, students can become industry-ready. The pass percentage is generally high, and students who put in a reasonable amount of effort usually clear the exams without much trouble.

Dissatisfied because of the campus life but really good placements all year and good teachers.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and guide to prepare for the exam. With the right guidance, we can ace the exams. The course curriculum is important for the preparation of exams. It only gives us therotical knowledge. The semester exam has great quality.

A complete overview of the College of Engineering, Chengannur.

Faculty: The teachers are good and qualified. They always provide good things to students and are supportive. The curriculum of KTU is not relevant. We are studying those things that are not at all relevant in day-to-day life. So, internships and self learning play an important role in college life.

Very small campus and average college life.

Faculty: All teachers are very knowledgeable in their specific subjects. But only some of them are good at teaching and making you understand the subject. The pass percentage is very high. Everyone passes and exams are not that difficult. If you study well, you can easily clear all the exams.

Memories of College of Engineering, Chengannur.

Faculty: Faculty members in the College of Engineering, Chengannur are good. They have a team of experienced and qualified faculty members across various departments. For computer science department, there are 20 above staff with qualifications like Ph.D, M.Tech, and B.Tech. Likewise for every department C programming, maths, and all other teachers teach very well. I don't like electronics teachers. It must be because I don't like those subjects. Talking about exams there are 2 series of tests in a semes...

It is very good and well-recommended academically, but college life isn't so great.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified. They teach students pretty well with determination. Exams are intermediate if you do your part it is easy to crack them. Our teachers prepare you well for the semester exams. Many students pass exams.

Okay faculty support, good placements, and okay infrastructure.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and give their maximum effort. We now follow a new syllabus scheme (2024). Since the syllabus is new the reference books are not properly published now which makes learning difficult. We follow KTU exams which is kind of a tough one. The pass percentage is 50%.

Absolutely satisfied with the college environment and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly to students. The teaching quality is very good in the electronics branch but they have very poor experience than other branches. The pass percentage in the last year was 82%. The course curriculum makes students capable of industry. Semester exams are very difficult.

Review of College of Engineering, Chengannur.

Faculty: The teachers are very friendly and so nice. Some teachers do not know what they are teaching; they have only limited knowledge in the subject. But some teachers teach very well. During exam time, you can pass all subjects by just studying the day before.

A good college with a friendly atmosphere.

Faculty: The course is so outdated and the syllabus is too outdated. The syllabus of the KTU university is 7 years old, but the exams are very tough, and many students get supply. If you have a chance to go to another university, then go and take admission; otherwise, you get trapped.

It is a very good college to study.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are supportive. Semester exams are tough. Professors help students to provide proper awareness about engineering and their courses. It is under Kerala Technological University and follows KTU rules and norms. The pass percentage is 30-35%.

Our college provides good placements.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified. They always clear all your queries. They are friendly and approachable. They all have the helping mentality for your career. The syllabus is a bit old. Our college provides us with practical knowledge which makes us industry-ready.

Overall, it is a good IHRD college in Kerala.

Faculty: Teachers are good, especially those in our department. The pass percentage is around 45% to 50%. As our college is affiliated with KTU, semester exams are quite tough. We need to score 75 out of 150 along with 40 out of 100 in the written exams.

Absolu satisfied by faculty but the infrastructure of the college is very poor.

Faculty: Teachers are quite good and expert especially in computer Science faculty. They have enough knowledge and also very motivating and supportive. The course curriculum is relevant, it makes students industry ready. The semester exams are quite tough because the pass percentage is 50 percent, which is very high, we have to score a minimum of 75 out of 150 which includes internals. We must score a minimum of 40 out of 100 in semester exam to make yourself pass. The pass percent here is below 50, hal...
