Quality of food is very good at hotel mess of CSI college of engineering .The mess menu is decided by the students in case of any issue authorities are there to solve student problem. There are four time meals in a day. Mess is cleaned and fully furnished. Students are satisfied with the quality of food in the hostel. The mess charges are included with the hostel fee which is approximately 10k per month .

BE/B.Tech admission in Tamilnadu is done on the online counselling process called TNEA. CSICE Institute accepts TNEA counseling conducted by the directorate of Technical Education, Tamilnadu. The cutoff is released round wise for all the categories. The 2024 cutoff of TNEA has been released by the institute and the last round cutoff of the course was 124828 rank for general category whereas for OBC category the cutoff varied between rank 184709 and 196539
