There are four merit scholarships at Culinary Academy of India. These are:a) Best All-Rounder worth INR 25,000/-b) Best Culinary Artist of the Batch worth INR 25,000/-c) Best Pastry & Confectionery Artist worth INR 25,000/-d) Best Attitude worth INR 25,000/-Apart from this, there is one LN Reddy Memorial Scholarship where the students get the complete academic fee as a reward. 

Candidates can apply for various job profiles including Chef, Executive Chef, and Food and Beverage Supervisor after completing a PGD in Culinary Arts from CAI. CAI itself also provides placement to an average of more than 70% of students every year. Students can also participate in this placement drive to get selected by top 5-star hotels like the Taj, The Leela, ITC, etc. on-campus. Students can also reach the hotels and companies off-campus directly.

The fees for various courses at the CAI range from Rs 32000 for a certificate course to Rs 1.42 Lakhs for advance diploma. Yes, the Culinary Academy of India provides very good placements. Around 90% of students got placed on campus in 2023. All the top 5-star hotels like the Taj Hotel, The Leela, etc. participated in the placement drives. The minimum salary offered was around 30-40 thousand per month.

The eligibility criteria for admission to BCT&CA at the Culinary Academy of India is given below:1. Age:All candidates must be at least 17 years of age at the time of commencement of the course.2. Academic Requirements:I. All candidates must have passed the 10+2 scheme approved by Osmania University, Hyderabad with a minimum aggregate score of 50% in any stream.II. Candidates who have appeared for Intermediate (10 + 2) or 12th standard examination or its equivalent may apply for the BCT & CA course. However, admission is subject to clearing the exam.3. Language:Candidates for whom English is not the medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English and communication during the selection procedure.4. International Applicants:Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign national students should submit all relevant documents along with the course application. The process of admission for these students will be handled by the Dean of Foreign Affairs, Osmania University, Hyderabad.Additionally, The selection process includes an All India Entrance Examination, a group discussion round and an individual interview - all held at the Brand CAI premises in Hyderabad only.Only 60 candidates will be enrolled each year in June.
