Dissatisfied with the placement fee on campus for students, even after they pay the college fee.
Placements: I found that most students search for internships and jobs, but due to a lack of better curriculum practice in coding, most of them fail. We, students, lack coding skills because we fail to practice daily and revise the concepts daily, but college provides various opportunities via placements.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities, a lab, and a bad network, and there is a sports period for stress relief once a week. It has a good boys and girls hostel, and boys have various facilities like a gym and playground to play, and have good food and a canteen.
Faculty: Teachers teach the concepts well, but students aren't able do application of concepts. Faculty members are teaching well by using old PPTs. They teach an outdated syllabus. We have more Ph.D. professors in our college, and various faculty members have high experience.
Other: Our college provides better connectivity with Alumni.

Fruitful information about this college(2020-24) that we should know before taking admission.
Placements: ME students have a placement rate of around 80 percent as design engineers, production engineers, and quality engineers. Companies that visit the college are limited, like Bosch, Foxconn, Wipro, and Tata. In 2024, the highest package offered by Foxconn is 23 LPA for the role of CNC consultancy. The average package offered is 7 LPA. It arranges paid internships for students. Non-core companies like Cognizant, Amazon, and TCS hire ME students with a low package. In this college, we will have a chance to publish a research paper under our names, which will add to our resumes. 7 CGPA is the minimum CGPA to be eligible for placements.
Infrastructure: Several machines are available for the ME branch, such as CNC turning, CNC milling machines, thermal power stations, etc. Wi-Fi is not needed for ME. The whole campus is facilitated with Wi-Fi. There is a large library which has more than 10,000 books. IEEE and ASME access are being provided by the college. In the hostel, each student gets their own bed, table, chair, cupboard, and we can choose an AC room as well. Mess food is decent, but food courts are accessible within walking distance. Medical facilities are available inside the campus, but there are not many sports options here.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They are from NITs and IITs. They are PhD holders. They also involve themselves in research work and help students to get funding for their research papers. Subjects like thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfers, and for design purposes, software like Mastercam, CREO, ANSYS, and CAD are being taught as core and fundamentals topics. The course curriculum is really helpful for the industry. Exams are quite difficult, but 90 percent of students clear exams on their first attempt. Sometimes, the question level resembles IITs. The college organises workshops and industrial visits every year.
Other: I chose this college because of its placement rate. There are also some demerits, like high fees, which are like 1.5 lakhs for tuition, 1.5 lakhs for hostel, but as they charge, their infrastructure is standard. Scholarships are available from the government TS EAMCET, as well as from the college, on a merit basis. We can get admission through the management quota or EAMCET exam, and the cutoff is around Rs. 40,000. Campus life is not so fantastic, but 1 cultural fest is organised by students club every year. Other technical fests are also organised. The college should bring more core companies to the ME branch.

A college that tries to be strict and discipline students more than academics.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of students get placed, but mostly into the IT industry. Only a few students could get core-related jobs. The highest package offered by Cadence is 16 LPA. Students also received offers from companies like Accenture, TCS, IBM, etc. Students are given training from their 6th semester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is present. Classrooms are kind of dark and outdated, which doesn't give us the vibes of a modern college. Labs are well-equipped with all the required software and hardware. Medical facilities with basic medications are available. Sports and games are the best compared to all colleges in Hyderabad.
Faculty: Faculty members are overall not bad, but they might not suit everyone. The course curriculum is relevant but could be improved to industry standards. The difficulty level of the semester exams is moderate to high, depending on subjects and students' understanding.
Other: The college will have around 5,000 students on campus, including all years. The college follows strict rules to discipline students, which is not needed.

It offers a great campus crowd and life.
Placements: Students who score 80-85 percent are enrolled in the course. 90-95 percent of students who attended for placements get placed in the college. The highest package offered is 72 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3.25 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 5-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, TCS, CTS, Amazon, and JP Morgan. Internships are offered for around 4 months. Top roles like full-stack developer, blockchain technology, and system network are offered in the course.
Infrastructure: We have equipped labs with an Ethernet connection. We have classrooms and a great library with books for GATE and other upcoming exams. There is a Wi-Fi facility in hostels, and hostels are well-maintained. The food is nutritious and well-made, using safety precautions. We have a health care division for medical emergencies. The canteen is good. We have cricket, basketball, football, and volleyball courts with well-trained physical directors. We have inter-college tournaments. We have the EPL cricket tournament for students. However, the infrastructure is a bit old-fashioned.
Faculty: We have qualified professors and assistant professors. Their teaching quality is good. Teachers are helpful in learning subjects. We have labs, so we mainly focus on the practical value. I think the course curriculum is somewhat relevant, but the college has not updated the syllabus in recent years, which I think is the same situation in other colleges, and top-tier IIT-level colleges also. Students will become industry-ready based on their mindset. I think the college does a good job of making students industry-ready. Semester exams are of a moderate level. The pass percentage is 89 percent.
Other: I want to be a developer of games and applications, and it would make life easier and simpler, so I chose it. I want to make sure they go deep into the core in 1-2 or around 2-1. There are fests once a year. We have events around the seasons. We have technical events with a larger campus crowd. Seniors treat the juniors as siblings, and they act as big brothers. The campus surroundings are good. The college is surrounded by greenery and nature. The government provides scholarships for college. There are extracurricular activities and clubs like the musical club, soul steps, etc.

Average infrastructure, good campus life, good faculty, and decent placements.
Placements: Our college is very good at placements. It spends a lot of money on bringing companies to our colleges. It also provides various courses and collabs like smart interviews for better performance. Around 40-50% of students got internships. Companies included Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and a few startups.
Infrastructure: Hostels are built recently, so they are good, and there is much security in the hostel and more strictness. The infrastructure of the college is also good. We have many labs, and they change the systems, and our college has all the available books in the library. Modern labs, clean infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty are good at teaching. We also have reviews, and if we complain, they will change. Coming to the curriculum, we have good ones. Coding starts from sem 1. Our curriculum has core subjects. In the 3rd sem we have core subjects. We have ebox lab. That is for coding practice and test for core subjects in each sem.

Good placements and a helpful facility. Decent campus life with strong job options.
Placements: Placements in our batch are good, with around 70 percent of students getting placed through campus drives. The average package of our college is 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, PwC, JP Morgan, and Cognizant. Top roles offered in my course are cybersecurity analyst and security Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is modern and well maintained with facilities such as smart classrooms, dedicated computer labs, Wi-Fi, a department library, and seminar halls. The campus is clean and spacious with greenery. The hostel facility is satisfactory with average mess food but hygienic and there are sports facilities.
Faculty: The faculty members in this course are qualified and supportive. Most teachers have a good command of their subjects and are helpful in clearing the doubts. The curriculum is JNTU affiliated curriculum, with theory and practical lab sessions. Semester exams are moderately difficult but scoring is possible with good preparation.
