The BDS programme admission at Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Sciences operates exclusively through the NEET scoring system according to Dental Council of India (DCI) regulations. NEET stands as the essential admission examination for BDS students who aim to join Indian dental colleges either private or public. The NEET exam grants admission to the BDS programme and its absence invalidates the possibility of BDS enrolment. The entrance requirement of NEET stands as necessary for securing any seat including those belonging to the management quota. Students need to meet the NEET requirement to join BDS because the Dental Council of India mandates it.

If Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Sciences is your preference for a BDS seat, doing well in NEET UG is a prerequisite, as admissions are granted on merit. Below are some of the tips that can help you prepare:Give Priority to NEET Preparation: Unlike other exams, NEET is a do-or-die examination so make sure you emphasize the Biology section as it has the highest weightage. Follow NCERT, work on past years' question papers, and take enough mock exams to enhance speed and accuracy.Develop a Study Approach: Time should be wisely divided. Set your schedule for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and stick to it. Don't keep reading but ensure you revise regularly and sit MCQ examinations to assess your preparedness.Confirm Eligibility: Check if you fulfill the requirement which is passing 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and the required percentage for NEET.Stay Informed About Counseling: Admission process is under Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). You will have to register for counseling after your NEET results and Dasmesh Institute should be your first choice.Maintain Consistency: Do not let the stress of NEET get to you and stay focused. The areas you are struggling to understand, spend more time on them. Consistency is the key so even if you are not hitting the bullseye at first, with regular practice you will definitely improve. If you score sufficiently high on your NEET, and have prepped well
