Review of Kirti College by students.
Placements: 10-20% of students didn't know about the package at our college. Most students didn't get placed as no companies came to our college. They didn't get internships through the college and had to look for them outside on their own. A 9 CGPA in programming, full stack, backend, and database were required.
Infrastructure: There was Wi-Fi, but only for teachers and the lab, not for everyone. Classrooms were like those in old-school colleges, with school benches. The library had its own attitude. Labs were small in height and length, and most labs could accommodate only 25 students.
Faculty: The M.Sc. qualification for teachers was not of much quality, it was 50-50. Half of the teachers taught well, while the other half only relied on Google or ChatGPT, with no effort of their own. The semester exams were easy, with most papers being online. Only the major and minor papers were offline, while the others were online. The passing rate was 40%.

The college is great. Facilities provided are average. The staff is very supportive.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is average. Companies like TCS, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra visit the college for placements. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA to 4 LPA. Many other companies like Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, HDFC Bank, and many more visit the college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms of the college are average. Labs of the college are average. The library is a great place to study. The quality of books and text books is based on what course you study.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. The teaching methods are not to the point sometimes. Some teachers are kind. They help in providing notes and lectures. According to NEP, the course takes a different turn where there are commerce as well as arts subjects included in our course which helps in overall growth.
Other: The course is according to NEP. It brings up a different change and an overall thinking skill for a student, which makes students understand different concepts of other subjects too. There are many events and fests like Antaranga in December. The crowd is average. There are also scholarships and freeships for girls and students who fall under caste. Extracurricular activities include sports, which is a CC in college.

The college is good, the faculty is helpful, and there is good infrastructure.
Placements: Net Developer is the only placement offer for our course. The highest package for our course was INR 3 lpa. No students got internships from our college; everything you have to do on your own; they just say to do a Masters for placements. I think it would be enough.
Infrastructure: The college supports sports and festivals. But they do not support financially. You all have to do it at your own expense. HOD takes the credit, but they do not support financially. That's the main thing. If we invest our money, they still trouble for the returns.
Faculty: I think the exams were decent for an average student. The percentage of students who pass would be 75%. The teaching staff is helpful and well qualified, except for one or two. But the course does not make students industry-ready; you have to take private courses for that.

I am not satisfied with placements.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements. Students get job opportunities with the help of faculty members in good places. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. Our college provides us with facilities like Wi-Fi connection, big classrooms, a canteen, and a playground. The food served in the canteen is good and affordable. A huge library is available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly, helpful, and well-qualified. Our college organises industrial visits for students to know about the industry work. Semester exams are difficult but will be easy if students follow teachers' advice.
Other: In this course, coding is difficult.

College is very good. The campus of the college, staff is very good.
Placements: According to reports, college has no placements so there are less chance of a student to get the job. The highest and the lowest and the average package of this course is INR 12,00,000 per annum and INR 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the staff teacher is very good. Everything is well organized so each and every student can focus on their studies. There are two libraries in the college and four to eight computer rooms. Classrooms are also big neat and clean. Everything is perfect.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They will never say no to your doubt. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The way they teach the student is good, and the exam paper set by the teacher is hard, so that students face difficulty to pass the exam.

It provides good facilities and has good staff members.
Placements: Placements depend on our performance. There are only selective placements as compared to other colleges. If you're an above-average student, you'll definitely get a good placement.
Infrastructure: There is no compromise on facilities and infrastructure. It has a hygienic canteen. This college is popular and good for sports and games. Computer labs, the library, and classrooms are in good condition. The food quality in the canteen is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable. Exams are a bit difficult, but teachers are helpful. The majority of students perform well on their exams, and all staff members are supportive. The pass percentage is approximately 60%. Teaching is good.
Other: There are many events every year. Scholarships are available. This course is slightly difficult if you don't clear the basics.

I am impressed with our college environment.
Placements: About 40% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was about 5 LPA. The average salary package offered was about 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Godrej are the top companies which recruit students from here. Around 20% of students got internships. Top roles offered here are software engineer, graduate trainee, network engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college contains about 4 completely accomplished labs. Rooms are not much good, but systems are well maintained. Our college consists of around 3 libraries and 1 study room. Wi-Fi is provided only for staff members of the college or for college work only. Students are not allowed to use it for personal purposes. Classrooms are also well maintained, and there is 1 good auditorium for programme purposes.
Faculty: The teaching quality of teachers is good here. They are well educated and have good qualities. They are also helpful for every purpose and easily solve the problems of students. The course is relevant to the curriculum. This course also makes students ready for the industry. The college exams are easy, and it is easy to pass exams with proper study. The passing percentage is about 40%.
Other: Basically, computer science is my favourite subject, so I have chosen computer science as my stream. The best thing about this course is it makes the base of IT-based company perfect and makes you perfect for the company. If there would be a more systematic timetable and perfect schedule, then it will improve students' accuracy. Kirti college is mostly famous for its extracurricular activities. Sports are mostly conducted. Fests are another thing for the enjoyment of students. Many scholarships are also provided here to help financially poor students. The crowd is just awesome, and every student is just helpful.

Overall, the college performance was above average in 2021.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered to one of my friends is 3.20 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys and Tech Mahindra visit our campus for placements. A top role offered is a junior developer. Students who have secured more than 60% in the junior college can secure the internship.
Infrastructure: The whole college premises is covered with a Wi-Fi facility. There are three labs for a computer science department that are IoT, Linux and programming labs. The quality of the food served is average, but a lot of options are available just in front of the college. The college premises contains a gymkhana which is well-equipped with all the new gym equipment.
Faculty: Semester exams are a bit difficult, but we can pass if we have an interest in the subject. The course curriculum is very relevant.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was very enthusiastic about computers and new technologies from primary school. The IT and CS tech fest named Horizon is conducted yearly in the college. Our college should improve the hygiene in the washrooms, and the office staff members should be more helpful.
