Excellent college for BFA (Applied Arts) course in Kanpur.

Placements: 70-80% students get placements every year. Companies offering placements are: Adobe, TCS, Dainik Jagran, etc. More than 60% students got internship in different companies like Dainik Jagran, Hindustan Times, etc. Top roles offered by BFA (Applied Arts) are: Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, etc.

Infrastructure: Classes are air-conditioned. WiFi is available all over the campus. Labs are very big. The library is very large and almost all the material is available in the central library. Hostel facilities are good, food is very good in the mess and also cafeteria food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in the department; they are very knowledgeable and experienced. This course is very relevant, as demand for this course is very high in the industry. Semester exams are not very hard; one can score good marks by studying regularly.

It has really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 30-40% of students get placed in the applied art course. Only 20% of students got internships. The top roles offered in Applied Arts are graphic design, computer graphics, photography, packaging, and display and illustration. The top roles offered are applied arts, painting, and sculpture.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are top-notch as the university has a whole separate fine arts department. The fine art department includes Wi-Fi, computer labs, photography labs, classrooms, and eco-friendly green areas to generate fresh and creative ideas.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy and of average difficulty levels. Maximum students pass the examination with average scores.

Other: I chose this course because it provides a wide range of career options in different creative fields. Industry training should be improved.
