Good for science courses.
Placements: There are no placements for my course in my college. Most of the students opt for masters after this course. There is a placement cell in the college where you can ask for internships. Multiple workshops and seminars take place in the college, so you can also apply for internships there.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have good labs for our experiments, and teachers also guide the students very well. The library is also very good, but the Wi-Fi in the college doesn't work all the time, and the food in the canteen is also average.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and helpful. You can ask them questions anytime, and they also help with the topics that you don't understand after class. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. If you want to pursue research or teaching in the future, then the curriculum is pretty helpful.

It is a very good college.
Placements: I have not yet gotten into the placement cell of our college, Desh Bandhu College. What I have heard is that the placement cell of our college provides good opportunities for the students. I heard from my friends that the placement cell of our college is good.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure of our college is far better. The only thing that I think should be there is the hostel. The college academic feel is very genuine, but the living expenses go very high. So, I think there should be the facility of a hostel in our college.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is very helpful and very genuine. Their teaching pattern is so good. They let us know about each and every upcoming facility and knowledgeable things. They take our sessions about future career options. Before the start of the session, they told us everything about the new education policy.

Overall department is very good, focused on research-based studies.
Placements: The placement is not that good as the standards of college. Most of the students opt for higher studies instead of placement. And normally, internships are good compared to placements. Nearly 60% of students got their first internship in the 2nd or 3rd year. Overall average placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; the campus has 24/7 high-speed Wi-Fi internet. There are 7 different labs for different parts of subjects, and the library system is impressive. The library got the best library award from Delhi University in 2017. Classrooms are very good.
Faculty: Teachers and team are very helpful and polite towards the students. All are well educated and highly qualified in their field. The passing percentage is above 95%, and the level of the exam is moderate. The curriculum is relevant to modern study, but not as much.

Campus life is amazing, but for the placements you have to hustle.
Placements: Out of nearly 70 students in our batch, about 20–25 participated in placements. Most companies offered internships; some are paid and some are unpaid. One or two companies came for providing jobs. One of them is DE Shaw, a very renowned company, which offered a 12 LPA package. I personally gave interviews to some of them and got one of the internships. The number of placements and package details are not provided by the placement cell.
Infrastructure: Labs are well equipped, but Wi-Fi is bad. The library is really very nice with no complaints, and the system works well, but the classrooms are ancient. In the summer, it is very hard to attend classes as they heat up so much, especially on the upper floors. Overall, the campus is very green. The food at the canteen is affordable and tasty, which we love. We also have a cafeteria where you can have coffee and snacks and chill.
Faculty: The faculty is very experienced and hardworking, but the operation by the department and college regarding issues is the worst. We have wrong names of the papers in our results, and this issue has not been resolved for months. The admin does not cooperate, which is very disappointing. Students have to suffer because of this. This is not a one-time thing; it happens frequently, and most of the time the fault is by the university, and students have to suffer.
Other: The campus life is amazing. I literally met the best people of my life here. So many like-minded and hardworking people are there. The fest season is always on fire. Stars like Gippy Grewal and Masoom Sharma have come to our college, and we really enjoy every time. Prior to that, the DJ night is also really good. Society fests are very energetic. Scholarship aids are also provided to students who are economically weak, and the societies are really active, so extracurriculars do play a role.

Our college is good, but it needs to improve basic facilities like labs and canteens.
Placements: I am a student of B.Sc. in Physical Science, and we did not get so many opportunities to get placements. In our degree, there is one chance as we have to do a masters in any subject from Maths, Chemistry, and Physics. The course is not as great as honours, but if we do 4 4-year degree, we will automatically get an honours degree.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good and cozy. Some areas like labs and canteen always get filled with. In the canteen, no hygiene is followed. The Ops labs are getting worse due to trapped water near the entry door, and it fills the water inside during the rainy season.
Other: I chose this college because of the NCC air wing. Every fest is celebrated warmly and happily. Students get a lot of options after completing graduation. After our degree, we can do a master's degree in any of the subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

An overview of Deshbandhu College.
Placements: This is my 1st year of college, so it's still very early to say. As per my experience, the college provides plenty of networking opportunities for the students. The societies also work hard in this department. Our seniors are often working in many companies as interns, too.
Infrastructure: Our college is pretty old. Our college started back in 1952, just a few years after independence. The old building is still used, but it has been renovated quite a bit. New buildings have also been made, and all in all, the campus is nice. The cafeteria section is always bustling with a crowd as they provide nice food.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are exceptional. All of them are highly qualified individuals who excel at what they do. The course that I am studying, B.Com (H), is, in my opinion, ready for whatever industries require in the near future. With some networking and skill development, it can be quite future-proof. The exams are at the university level. Each student gives the same exam set by the standards of the University of Delhi.
Other: The society fests and the yearly fest held by the college are very nice. The yearly college fest, Sabrang, brings in a lot of the crowd. The whole college gets excited about the fest, especially when an artist is about to come.
