Dev Bhoomi Institute of Polytechnic, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University Scholarships and Funding

Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions offers three types of Scholarships-

Awarded to the students based on the qualifying exam merit which they posses-

Student Who Gets In Between 75 - 80% Will Get 15% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Gets In Between 80 - 90% Will Get 25% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Gets In Between 90 - 95% Will Get 50% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Gets More Then and In Between 95 - 100% Will Get 75% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.

SCHOLARSHIP BASED ON JEE RANK-

Student Who Got Rank In Between 1-50000 Will Get 100% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Got Rank In Between 50000-75000 Will Get 75% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Got Rank In Between 75000-10000 Will Get 50% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.
Student Who Got Rank More Then 100000 Will Get 25% Of Scholarship in Tution Fee.

FEE WAIVER SCHEME:-

A scholarship of up to 25% (Per Year) on the tuition fees shall be awarded to the students who have their permanent address (DOMICILE) in Uttarakhand.

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the tuition fees for the girl child to support the academic pursuits of meritorious and talented girls.

A scholarship of Up to 25%(First Year on Tution Fee) to support the meritorious and talented Students of Himachal, J&K, North East, Darjiling.

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the tution fees shall be awarded to the wards of the soldiers who lost their lives for the country.

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the tuition fees will be provided to the talented athletes with their exceptional performance at the national, state and university levels

Satisfied because of the faculty members and good placements in 2024. The infrastructure is average.

Placements: There are about 11 students in the polytechnic EE in the final year. The average salary package offered in our course is 3 LPA. Companies like E-Ashwa Private Limited, Macleods Private Limited, and 5 more companies visit the college for placements. About 8 students got selected and 3 students opted for their family business. Roles like junior engineer, and assistant junior engineer are offered to students.

I am satisfied with faculty members, good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Our college has a high rate of placement. Most students are placed at many good firms. The college provides many opportunities. The college gives us industrial visits. More than 75% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Infosys, Nestlé, etc., visit our campus.

A decent college for middle-class students with good faculty members and average placements.

Placements: The college offers decent placement opportunities, with around 75-90% of students getting placed depending on the course. The highest salary package goes up to 28 LPA. The average falls between 3 LPA - 6 LPA. Some students, however, receive offers as low as 2 LPA - 3 LPA. IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, and Deloitte frequently visit the campus, along with firms in other sectors like Nestle, Flipkart, and Lenskart. The college gives good placements.

Placements: About 75% of students were placed in this course. The highest package is 28 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Flipkart, Lenskart, etc. About 75% of students got internships in companies like Reliance, Flipkart, etc. Some got placed in power houses.

I recommend this college for the middle class people and the campus is average.

Placements: About 80-90% of students were placed in my course. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, the average salary package offered was 5 LPA - 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Companies generally come for all branch students but they select more students of mechanical. We are selected with the B. Tech students also. But the placements of our course are not very good but average.

Review of Dev Bhoomi Institute of Polytechnic, Uttarakhand University.

Placements: Placements are not really great here. If you are looking for only getting placed, you should consider Graphic Era or UPES. The rest is good here. You have to do an internship, and you are eligible for placement interviews, but you have to clear them. Here at DBUU, you might face tough competition as most placements are open pool.
