The college has school vibes.
Placements: Many students get placed in mass recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. I suggest students not look at that 40 LPA in the billboard, as it is just an exception, as he cracked it by himself. If students are really good at coding and not just in passing exams, then it is good.
Infrastructure: The food is often described as patient food and repetitive. There is a strict no use of onion and garlic rule in some messes (I suggest students check if this still applies in their specific block, but it's a common grievance). Breakfast is usually the best meal. Wednesday breakfast often has Jalebi or Poha, which is the highlight of the week. Rooms are decent, but there are strict outing rules.
Faculty: Faculty members are really good at teaching. Some teachers are rude and egoistic, but they are well-qualified. All teachers are good in the first year, especially the MD sir of Calculus. Some teachers are PDF readers. They don't teach us the PDF, and they tell us to read the PDF.

I'm satisfied because of the good faculty, good placement, strict rules and discipline.
Placements: I'm in my 3rd year, so no one, I guess, has been placed till now. But my seniors of 4th year, 2 of my known are placed in top companies like Wipro, but our college does provide 100 percent placement. Almost every student got an internship. In my first year, I got my first internship, and now in 3rd year, I'm getting projects and an internship too.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels. There is a gym too, and games available. The mess food is average. There is a 24/7 hospital near the hostels. Inside the campus, security is good. Students are not satisfied with the mess, as I have heard from them, but it is not bad either.
Faculty: The invigilators and teachers are helpful, and they also engage students in extracurricular activities and programmes so the students can be industry-ready. Teachers share their experience, which helps us a lot, and they also provide us with study material and books.
Other: I'm a B.Tech CSE student. When I was young, I loved learning about how games were made, and then my interest in coding increased. I think the college should introduce clubs and other activities. Also, they should give more exposure to the students in sports, as I'm also a national-level table tennis player and do want to do something in my sport.

Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. One of the best universities in Dehradun.
Placements: They claim that 80 percent of their students get placed into various popular companies like HCL Deloitte etc. They provide training sessions to make students placement ready. They claim that over 350+ companies have visited their campus. They claim to have 850+ recruiters.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good. Professionally trained faculty provide quality education and circular activities. Internet Speed Wi-Fi & Mobile Data is very average. Overall the infrastructure needs upgrades some minor painting and cleaning. Classrooms need to be upgraded. Canteen food needs upgrade.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. The quality of education is very good. Facilities are proper and up to industry standards. They are very polite kind and helpful. They always try to help and motivate students. Their courses make students industry ready and up to the mark.

Give a try to Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University.
Placements: Dev Bhoomi provides very decent placement opportunities. Most of the companies that visit that campus are registered but small companies that operate locally in Dehradun or Noida, Delhi. Provides a very small package of 3 LPA which sometimes includes CTC and in hand salary you get is 18,000.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good you will be delighted when you visit the campus its away from traffic but to reach University you have to face the Dehradun traffic. Classrooms are well equipped with projectors and the benches are upscale so sitting in the back has no problem with looking at the board.
Faculty: Curriculum is based on UCG. Its aligned with the BBA programme. Sometimes you do not understand what teacher is teaching and you have to work with your mind there to cover the syllabus. Semester exams are not that hard if you have studied atleast a week before the exam.

Great way to start your afterschool journey. Very satisfied.
Placements: All the students are placed at a very good level. This is just because of the faculty and the experience of training and placement cell members. The highest placement goes up to 20LPA in innovation this year, and the average package offered is about 4LPA. HCL and Adobe are the top hiring companies that come here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nicely managed and clean. As well as the libraries, classroom seminar halls are very well maintained. Not only the halls and classrooms, but also the canteen are well maintained. The mess food, according to the hostler, is very good, just like at home.
Faculty: Teachers are very skilled professionals and highly encourage students to do better. The teaching quality is also very good according to the syllabus. The course is relevant according to the standards, and the staff also motivates and encourages us to do far better than we do.
Other: Fest is also one of the main attractions in 2025 Shankar Mahadevan comes, and before that, many superstars have come, like Raftaar, Sukhe, etc. There is nothing that I would say to upgrade, but they should focus more on the auditorium, which has a capacity of around 100 to 200 students, so the events will be more fun and interactive.

I am completely satisfied with my college
Placements: Not 100% of students are placed in our course. Whoever wants to do a job, they take placement through our companies which are linked with the college. The highest package offered in our course is up to 80,000, and the lowest package is up to 60,000. Students got internships from our course in companies which are related to the college, and the top roles offered in our course are agricultural specialists.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. The electric theatres are very well built with the facility of AC in the classrooms. The quality of facilities in the hostel is also good. It contains a lift and study section, and the mess also contains good facilities, but the quality of the food available in the mess is not so good, though it is up to the mark. The medical facilities are also provided in the hostel whenever there is an emergency. Sports and game facilities are also provided in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and very knowledgeable. They help us in solving our doubts, and the teaching quality is also very good. They make the students very interested to study. Whenever we have a doubt, we ask our teachers, the curriculum is very relevant, which makes the study very interesting. The semester exams are a little bit difficult, and the pass percentage is up to 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I have so much interest in the agriculture field. The best thing about my course is we learn by going through the field and gain knowledge through practical experience. The thing I wish would be better about my course is to include a greater number of practical field sessions. Events are organized monthly, weekly, or every three months. The fest is organized every year, and scholarships are provided to students every year. Extra-curricular activities also take place.

No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.
