One of the best colleges to pursue an MBA has great faculty and multiple placement opportunities.
Placements: In our batch, around 60% of the students get placed at the dorms in Madras. The college has a well-developed placements cell that conducts various placement drives for the on-campus placements of the students. Many companies, such as IBM, TCS, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, etc., offer on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available for the MBA course at this college was very good. The college has a big campus with all kinds of modern facilities, which enhances students learning. The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, which can be assessed by the college teachers and students. The canteen, labs, library, hostel, sports and other necessary facilities were also available for the students.
Faculty: The faculty of the Dorms Madras was highly qualified and knowledgeable. All the teaching staff available in the MBA course were supportive and helpful to the students. The course curriculum followed for the MBA at this college was relevant, which makes students industry-ready. Various industry visits and research programs are organized by the teachers for the students development. Exams were also not very easy to pass in the MBA course at the college.

IIT Madras Post Doctoral course Review.
Placements: 80% of the students got placed in our batch. The highest package was INR 50 lpa, and the minimum package was INR 20 lpa. The average package was INR 25 lpa. The recruiting companies are all the big ones, like Maruti Suzuki, Tata, etc. The internship season was also good and 50% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are top-notch. The Wi-Fi is fast. The labs have everything someone would need to conduct research. The library is vast and has thousands of books. The classrooms are big and vibrant. The sports field is very big and has everything.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They teach very high-level stuff. The curriculum is relevant to industry standards. The semester exams are tough and you need to study hard in order to ace them. A lot of competition is there in order to top.

Good placements and college campus.
Placements: During the placement semester, I had the opportunity to interact with graduating students who recently graduated. They were extremely helpful to me throughout this difficult process. Almost everyone in my class was hired, with an average salary package of 14LPA. The highest package offered was 29LPA During our MBA placement drive, key recruiters included McKinsey, Accenture, Dell, Amazon, IBM, and HCL.
Infrastructure: At IIT Madras, we were able to enjoy convenient and enriching campus life with facilities like a well-oriented library with over 2 Million books, medical facilities, food, sports, etc. The hostel rooms are single and are fully furnished. The fee per semester (6 months) was around Rs 15000 including accommodation and food. The food is for 4 times and has a minimum of 5 items per meal. Every hostel has its own library, playing area, washing machine, etc.
Faculty: We had an overall learning experience in terms of management theory and hands-on practice through the programme. Classroom instructions, case studies, hands-on management, industry internships, and project work were all used as modes of instruction in our curriculum. We had a vast and diversified faculty of over 600 people, all of them had PhDs in their respective professions.

Packages offered could have been better.
Placements: Last year, the placement percentage was 95%. In the previous year to that, it was around 90%. For the last batch, the highest package was 14 LPA, and the lowest package was 7.8 LPA. It depends on your hard work in the studies period, and that will help you a lot at the time of placements.
Infrastructure: The campus life is full of cultural activities from time to time to promote holistic supplements for students. The campus has free Wi-Fi for students. The college also organises a fest every year. The college provides hostels and basic facilities. Separate in-house hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. The enchanting hostel campus gives a very homely atmosphere for students, making them feel at home. There is a library inside the hostel campus along with the television to relax the students.
Faculty: The faculty members are hardworking, and they lead the students well. They show the right paths to the students. They give more importance to teaching the students and clear all their doubts. They treat students like their own children. The two-year degree program has four semesters with an internship. The students will be familiarized with practical aspects of development, keeping in mind the needs and requirements of industries. The syllabus is updated with the changes made in technology. The course curriculum is planned according to the current market with value-added courses.

Best college for the diversity.
Placements: There is 100% placement is the Dorms IIT Madras, as there is small batch size so there is no as such problem in the placement.
There was 29.5 lacs package in last year .
Mckency was top recruiter last year.
Analyst was top role which was offered.
Almost all the people got the internship last year.
Infrastructure: Due to covid 19, I have not been able to visit campus as of now. But as per the seniors all the necessary stuff is available there. Wi-fi is available is whole campus and if we talk about health facility then we have our own in house hospital and every person is having insurance policy there.
Faculty: Being the brand itself, IIT Madras is having world class faculty here, who already have work in industry and having more then 20 years of work experience and some of them work for industry as a researcher and some are working as a consultants in various Indian and MNC companies.

This is a safe option for any MBA aspirant compared to other colleges with a huge batch size.
Placements: The small batch size is a blessing when it comes to placements here. Everyone is getting personal attention. Hence, they won't leave out even one without getting placed. The placement stats are available on the college website. You can trust it 100% as they don't tweak values to inflate the stats.
Infrastructure: The campus in National Park is the best part of studying in IIT Madras. You will get many advantages as you are studying in an IIT campus. There are good libraries, free medical services, and all kinds of sports and games are a few of them. The department is open 24x7. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have good Wi-Fi connectivity.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Being a part of an IIT, they maintain high quality when it comes to the faculty. I haven't seen any of the faculty who is reluctant to answer any of our doubts at any time. There are faculty members who graduated from MIT and IOWA.
