In this college, everything is fine but things can get better.
Placements: There were 50 doctors who yearly graduate from this college, they study for 4 years then internships for 1 year i.e the study period was nearly 5 and a half years. They pass out in 5 and half years, and then apply for UPSC exams and after qualifying they get jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not great, students need a lot of changes. The hostel facilities were not good, everything needs the students to run after teachers and a single hostel was provided. The new hostel was not being constructed, students want a new hostel as there were many students taking admission. The infrastructure of this college was not good.
Faculty: The exam timing was delayed in this college. Teachers were qualified but it could be better. The teaching quality was average. They just do tests and pre-tests to make students ready for the industry. Nearly all students pass, and students had annual exam, there was no semester system. The annual exam was hard.
Other: I want to be a doctor so I opted for this course, I can treat patients in a healthy way. The teaching system and the hostel facilities would be better. Every curriculum was conducted in this college.

No campus placement, no homoeopathic medical college in Odisha, located in the city centre.
Placements: No facility for campus placement, but you can find a suitable job at a private hospital and Homoeopathic pharma companies easily. Maximum students after passout go through that way, with a maximum salary of Rs. 5,00,000 annually, minimum of Rs. 3,60,000 annually at the fresher level.
Infrastructure: Every classroom has working AC, fans, and smart boards or projectors, which makes learning comfortable. However, there is no Wi-Fi available for students, which can be a drawback for online study or research. Labs for Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacy, and other subjects are well-equipped, but some instruments could be updated. Library has a good number of books and is a quiet place to study, though more recent editions would be helpful.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, experienced, and mostly helpful. Their teaching style is clear and they explain concepts well, especially in clinical subjects. Course curriculum is designed as per university norms and covers both theory and practical, but industry exposure is limited. It helps build a strong foundation in homoeopathy but needs more real-world training. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, neither too easy nor too tough. With regular study, they are manageable. Pass percentage is fairly good, around 70-80 percent but it depends on attendance, internal marks, and preparation.
Other: I joined because my NEET UG score card did not have enough score to get admission in a MBBS college. 2 major cultural events, multiple small cultural events, 1 intra-college sports event, and 1 inter-college.
