Dr. G.D. Pol Foundation's YMT College of Management has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
MCACandidate must have completed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) /B.Sc (IT) /B.E. (CSE) / B.Tech (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. Or Candidate who have completed any graduation degree B.E./B.Tech/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A. /B.Voc. preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) with above marks can also apply. Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear.
MBA/PGDMCandidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree recognised by Association of Indian University, New Delhi are eligible to apply. Candidates from reserved category completed graduation/bachelor's degree from any recognised institute/university with 40% aggregate are eligible to apply.

Life in the Dr. G.D. Pol Foundation’s YMT College of Management.
Placements: I am a 2nd year 3rd semester B.Sc. Nursing student at Dr. GD's Political Foundation of Nursing Education. Our senior from the recent passing out batch shared their experience with us. The placement percentage is 80-90 percent. The starting salary varies from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 29,000 per month, which is good. Top roles are staff nurse, clinical assistant, and ward in charge.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure of the college is good, with all the necessary facilities like a canteen, medical facility, sports, games, washrooms, and drinking water. Canteen food is good, affordable, and hygienic. Nursing labs are clean, and all equipment is available.
Faculty: Faculty is well knowledgeable and well qualified with interesting teaching methods. The course curriculum is good, but the assignments are a little hectic to complete. Semester exams can be challenging, but a regular student can easily score well. The attendance is mandatory, and you have a clinical as well. The hospital is assigned to you, and you get practical knowledge there.
Other: They are very serious and responsible about education. Freshers', farewell, and other festivals are celebrated in college in a very exciting way. Various extracurricular activities are taken in college. Improvement is to be done in the assignment part, giving less pressure to the student.

This is a perfect college for a MS degree.
Placements: Around 90% of the students got placed in our college as rest 10% of the students didn't opt for the campus placements. The highest salary package offered was 7.48 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.9 LPA. The average salary package offered was of 4.48 LPA. Oppo Smartphones, ICICI Bank, Morning Star, Ideology Pvt. Ltd., Motilal Oswal, Axis Bank, HDB Financial Services are the top recruiting companies of our college. The role offered was as a team leader. Around 85% of the students got an internship from the college as other 15% of the students opted to have an internship on their own.
Infrastructure: The college is well furnished and has air-conditioners in each classroom with a projector. The college building is having a dedicated library and reading rooms, washroom at each floor and lift for easy convenience. We have a close auditorium for college functions and guest lectures. The hostel is just next to the college building, and it has quite comfortable rooms within a good price. There is a proper security measure for the students in the hostel. There is enough number of washrooms to be used by students. The food served at the canteen is good, especially the south Indian Chinese and lunch thali. There is no mess facility, but just outside the college, there is a number of dhabas and restaurants with a reasonable price.
Faculty: All the teachers are postgraduates or higher. So basically, they understand the problems faced by the students. They are very helpful as it is a problem related to educational or personal they provide proper help whenever required. They are knowledgeable, and most of the teachers are from the industry. All have more than 7 years of experience in the corporate industry and more than 5 years of teaching experience. The course curriculum is based on Mumbai University's criteria, and somewhere it is outdated as of the recent industry trends. But the college conducts proper time to time seminars and guest lectures from the industry people so that the students are aware of the industry world.
Other: I chose MS as it helps me to understand the industry better with the help of classroom learning as well as projects and surveys as a part of learning. The college is affiliated to Mumbai University which provides the postgraduate degree. The course curriculum could be changed according to the industry, which will help the students to cope up with the market when they get out in the market. The number of extracurricular activities should be increased, so the students don't only run behind the money but develop good moral values as well. The college organises events on Diwali, and an inter-college fest and other fests are celebrated within the campus. There is a good crowd inside the campus. There are 5 different medical colleges which help you to interact with the good minds. The college is well connected by road as well as Kharghar station, which is only 8 miles away. A proper transport is available outside the campus private and public both. The campus is surrounded by residential areas, NIFT, AC Patil and ITM, and the station is nearby. This college gives us a good feeling. Scholarships are provided as decided by government laws. Extracurricular activities are also organised by the relevant department from time to time.

Great experience to learn entrepreneurship and leadership skills.
Placements: 50% students got placements from the college. I got placed in Justdial. Around 20 companies visit the college every year for placements. The placement process is unique in the college which makes it easy for the students to enter in the corporate world. It was a great experience for me.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The campus area of the college is too big. There are multiple facilities and courses available in the college. This institute is famous for medical as well as management courses. Medical Hospital is also there on campus which gives free facility to the students.
Faculty: The faculty of the college has a lot of experience to make students understand the CA studies and management concepts. Available courses in the campus are MMS, MCA, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, executive MBA and many more. The director of the college is very good and very friendly with the students.
Other: As per my experience, the institute has an entrepreneurial environment. There are a lot of activities and functions happen every year to develop students abilities. Vibrant is one of the best college festivals that happen every year. I enjoyed each and every moment in my college and learn a lot of things. Thanks to the college, faculty and colleagues.

Other: I am feeling proud to be an alum of the YCOM. It’s a place which has helped to become a Butterfly from caterpillar. I still remember our interactive classes, Training sessions, corporate speakers which helped me a lot. Other: The most impressive thing about YMT College of Management is, its Infrastructure. The added advantage was the exposure that we got to interact with corporate speakers and also the training facilities.
