My experience at Dr. M.P.S. college of Agra.
Placements: The college only provide internships; there is no placement at all in this college if the companies come then only far away from cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad or give very few packages, like 3 LPA.
But the college did many events like workshops, exhibitions, etc.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in the college or out.
The college have computer labs, library, AC classrooms, etc.
The campus of the college is very small, and there is no playground.
There is 1 sports event organized by the college every year and 1 cultural festival.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is supporting and helping students out of their comfort zone. The exams are also conducted in a good way in this college.
The faculty is very experienced. There were many activities organised by the faculty in the classroom.
The semester exams are held at another college as a center placed by the university every semester.
Other: I chose this BCA course because I have an interest in computers.
There is no fest organized in this college.
The college is expensive as compared to the facilities.

It is the best college in Agra for BCA.
Placements: Every year around 50-60% of students were placed in many different companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. The lowest salary package offered was 1.90 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Genpact, British Telecom, Accenture, Walking Tree Technology.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good for students. Wi-Fi was enabled in classes and laboratories for students were available. Classrooms were fully air-conditioned. In the library, students can borrow any book they want to read and give it back on any day. The food served in the mess and canteen were good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. This course curriculum was relevant, and it make the students industry-ready. Semester exams were slightly tough, but students can pass easily if they will take classes regularly and sincerely.

It is not worth it due to weak infrastructure and limited local placements.
Placements: My batch and course are the BCA batch of 2025. The placement percentage is around 10-15%. The highest package is 4 LPA, the lowest package is 1.8 LPA, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. Only a few local companies from Agra visited, such as Coding Kingdom and Walking Tree. Students get internships off-campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the BCA department is below average. Wi-fi is available. Labs are available, and there are many systems, but these are old versions of all the applications. Classrooms have a basic setup with fans, and the AC is always not working. The library is available, but not stocked with updated books.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are good in all subjects and teaching skills, but some lack practical experience. The teaching is mostly theory-based, with limited focus on real-world applications. The curriculum is somewhat outdated and not fully aligned with current industry standards. Technologies like MERN, DevOps, cloud computing, etc. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 80-95%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the IT sector. Events are conducted, hotel facilities are available, and scholarships are also provided.

It is the best college in Agra, Uttar Pradesh to pursue the BCA course.
Placements: Wipro, TCS, and Byjus are the top companies visiting here to provide job opportunities for students. Students are selected with high salary packages. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA, and some students also got 3 to 4 LPA packages. Teachers of our college also help in preparation for placements.
Infrastructure: We have many facilities like free Wi-Fi and an amazing library and amazing canteen for a lunch break. We can use them every day in our free time. There is also a computer lab so we can do our class assignments on the college computers as well. Teachers are very good and helpful to us. Our college also provides a bus facility for students. We have air-conditioners in our classes to maintain good temperatures in our classrooms.
Faculty: Teachers here are very good and qualified. Their presence was helping us to make our future bright. They also help us in preparation for our exam. Their presence is very good and our college also conducts fun activities sometimes to make the environment of college good and helpful.
Other: I opted for this college because it is the best in Agra, and it has a higher job placement record in Agra.

Average college invest more money and for a better college for better study.
Placements: There is no such percentage criteria for placements because they don't provide placements on serious note. Some small companies comes to college for placements. They don't offer any serious study infrastructure, if you are unable to go outside from Agra then you can go for MS college on your self study.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good. Labs are not good for practical knowledge. Library is just for showoff. There is no facilities of mess and PG they have canteen food options are limited. Sports is not good no trainer. No games training. College accha nhi bhai pesa waste hai.
Faculty: Some teachers are knowledgeable but eventually the infrastructure is not powerfull to put knowledgeable in students minds. Course curriculum is outdated. Exams are easy for serious students
College exams just for showoff
Students do cheating in front of teachers.
Other: I want to be a software developed so choose this course. Lack of teachers and practical knowledge. Events organized by students money. Fest is nothing. Crowd is normal. Connectivity is not students do grouping
Ground is too small. Scholarship is from government not from college. No activities.

Our college has good facilities and teachers.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, WalkingTree, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus. Top roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and manager.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Air-conditioners are available in classrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Our IT lab, also known as "The Silicon Valley," is equipped with the latest machines and technology. The college has a separate lab for biotechnology. The library provides course-related books and a collection of the latest novels and business-related books like Business Times. The canteen is excellent.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and supportive, especially in the IT and computer science departments. If any students face challenges with their projects or studies, they are always ready to provide assistance and guidance.
Other: The course is designed to build the skills of students and make them professionals in IT. The course structure is beginner-friendly, and as we progress through the semesters, the difficulty level increases. Unlike other colleges, we have only 5 semesters dedicated to study, and the final semester is entirely dedicated to a major project. To pass the final semester, we have to complete the project on time.
