Good experience from my college.
Placements: In the B.A. English Language and Literature course, around 60–70 percent of students from our batch were able to secure placements or higher-study opportunities. The highest package offered was around 4–5 LPA, while the average package ranged between 2–3 LPA, depending on the role and company. Top recruiting companies included publishing houses and content writing firms. Nearly 50 percent of students also received internships in areas like content writing, digital marketing, editing, teaching assistance, and customer service. Common roles offered were content writer, editor, copywriter, customer support executive, teacher/trainer, digital marketing assistant, and translator. Overall, the course helped students build strong communication and analytical skills.
Infrastructure: The B.A. English department had a good academic environment with well-maintained classrooms, a language lab (if available), Wi-Fi connectivity, and a library stocked with literature, criticism, and reference books. Teachers were supportive and encouraged discussions, presentations, and creative activities. Hostel facilities were decent, with clean rooms, proper water supply, and good security. The mess food quality was average but hygienic. The campus offered basic medical support and space for sports and cultural activities, which helped students balance academics and extracurricular activities. Overall, the infrastructure was satisfactory for an arts programee
Faculty: The faculty of the B.A. English Language and Literature course was highly supportive, experienced, and well-qualified. Most teachers had strong subject knowledge and encouraged students to improve their language, critical thinking, and writing skills. The curriculum was well structured and included literature, linguistics, criticism, and communication-related subjects, which helped students become academically strong and industry-ready for fields like teaching, content writing, and media. Semester exams were moderate in difficulty, and students who attended classes regularly and prepared properly generally passed without much difficulty. The overall pass percentage was good, and the exam pattern focused more on understanding rather than rote learning.
Other: I chose the B.A. English Language and Literature course because of my interest in literature, communication, and writing. The best part of the course was the supportive faculty, interactive classes, and opportunities to participate in seminars, debates, and cultural programs. The syllabus helped improve my confidence in public speaking, creative writing, and critical thinking. The college conducted various events and fests, which made the campus atmosphere lively. One thing that could be improved is adding more industry-oriented workshops and internship support for arts students. Overall, the learning experience was enjoyable and helpful for personal and academic growth.

Excellent and powerfully.
Placements: The placement rate for this college is 50%. The average package offered is around Rs 17000-8000.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available to teachers and their staff. This college has a library where students can borrow books and magazines at any time. Different types of labs are provided for different types of courses, e.g., media lab, geology lab, etc. Game activities are provided.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and extremely talented. They usually help all students and they are so cooperative as well.
Other: I am interested in journalism and I want to be a professional.
