Overall, it is a good college with good placement opportunities.
Placements: It is very limited to about 1.3 lacs per annum overall for students the highest package is about 3.5 lacs. The program is more academically oriented. This course is for people who where interested in doing a master's as well as teaching and getting jobs in the forest field.
Infrastructure: The college is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms, and a library, which is also one of the main attractions of the college. Students from Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kollam come here for their studies, and it is considered one of the best colleges in the Thiruvananthapuram district, as well as in Varkala.
Faculty: Students who study well can score good CGPA after course completion. It was one of the best colleges in town. In the academic year of 2024, the classes were structured in semester mode with 3 years and 6 semesters so that students could understand the pattern.
Other: I was admitted based on merit.

Good college with better infrastructure.
Placements: Approximately 85% of students were placed in our college. The highest salary package was 13 LPA. The lowest package was 3 LPA. Few students got internships in other sectors. Many companies like Wipro, Cognizant, IBM, and Deloitte visited our college.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and facilities were available like Wi-Fi with unlimited access, labs with advanced equipment, library with research papers along with articles, and separate departments. Classrooms are available. Medical facilities are provided. The food quality is good. Sports and games are conducted.
Faculty: Faculty members were very kind and helpful. They were well-qualified and had good knowledge of teaching and explaining the concepts. Our course curriculum was relevant which makes students industry-ready. Exams were very difficult. We had to study well to get good marks. 50% of marks required to pass the semester exams.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty .
Placements: There is a good percentage of students in this course. There is no top recruiting companies for this course and there is no internship programmes for this course. This course gives just degree for students who are willing to pursue higher studies and can get medical coding fields.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure is very good. Labs have all equipments necessary for studying. Library has good and enough collection of books. Hostel have enough facilities and quality of food in canteen and mess is good and is hygienic. So many events take place for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful in clearing doubts and they are highly qualified. There is a model exam conducted before the semester exam. It is really helpful for Clearing semester exam. Some subjects may be difficult to pass. This course make students independent to work.
Other: I chose this course for just a degree. By completing this course you have various opportunities for work in various fields. There is so many events and fests conducted in the college. College has a wonderful and environment friendly surrounding. There are so many scholarships available for students.

Our college is good, but the management is rude.
Placements: Less than 5% of students got placed in different hotels in Kerala. The highest salary package offered was Rs.17,000 per month, and the lowest salary package was less than Rs.5,000 per month. Top recruiters were Hayat, Marriott, etc. Internships were optional due to the pandemic. Top roles offered were assistant accountant, front-office staff etc.
Infrastructure: The library was not open all these days, and the librarian was not available in many situations. The college has lab facilities but are used less. Kitchen facilities are available to study for hotel management students but are not properly used. Sports and games were not very important as theoretical classes. The canteen serves the food as in hotels.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive. The course curriculum is relevant but doesn't make students industry-ready. Exams are moderate. The pass percentage is above 85%. The course offers many job opportunities, but it is not worth for a student to become ready for the industry.
Other: I chose this course because our college is nearby my place, and the course is easy. The course curriculum should include more practicals than theory classes. Campus surroundings and crowd are good. Fests and extracurricular activities are rare.

In our college facilities are not good, but our department gives everything for better future.
Placements: Placements at this college were not good. There were no recruiting companies. But this college gives more opportunities. Teachers and management were very helpful to every student on campus. Only a few students were choosing the B.Sc. Geology course and it was a rare one. Many opportunities were waiting for those who studied well. In our college, placements were rare, and students can choose other universities for better facilities, and it was a very good course.
Infrastructure: In our college, the facilities were not good. But our department gives everything for a better future. There was no Wi-Fi system, but the classrooms were well developed. The quality of food was available in our college. The hostel was not good, and medical facilities were not provided.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. They teach students for every exam. They give previous year's question papers and proper revisions were also there. The semester exams were very easy for everyone because of the teaching quality.

Our college has a good environment for studying but there are no facilities.

Other: This course is very rare one and we get more opportunities in the world. We can study about the earth, rocks and everything about our earth. The events in our college are not good. Campus surroundings and the programmes are not good. The college is a strict college.
