Students at GIBS engage in active peer learning through a highly collaborative academic environment. Group discussions, casestudy analysis, team presentations, and live projects are in-built in the curriculum for continuous interaction and sharing of knowledge. Students are working in diverse teams on a regular basis, which will enable them to exchange ideas, solve real-world business problems, and learn from the strengths of others. Mentorship circles, club activities, and faculty-guided project groups also create a platform through which students brainstorm, plan, and execute in teams. Such a collaborative culture strengthens not only their teamwork and communication but also prepares them for corporate environments where coordination and collective decision-making are required.
