Insights on EMPI Business School.

Placements: The college provides good opportunities for internships as well as jobs. The average package of the college is Rs. 6,00,000. The college helps each and every individual in their placements. They provide mockup interview sessions and PDP sessions which help in placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities like a gym, Wi-Fi, canteen, lab, library, and classrooms with projectors are available in the college. The whole college is covered with Wi-Fi. There is also the Atal Incubation Centre (AIC LAB). The hostel facility is average and has options like AC/non-AC, and single-double-triple occupancy.

Faculty: There are overall 4 semesters in 2 year PGDM programme. Each semester contains presentations, student class participation, mid-term exams, and end-sem exams. Faculty members are very cooperative and good mentors. They help everyone with any issue. If you attend the classes regularly, then you get good marks in the semester.

Other: I chose this course as I want to enhance my practical knowledge as PGDM is more about practical rather than other courses like MBA. Events are organized by student-driven clubs of the college like a cultural club, sports club, and domain club.

Placements: The placement record of our college is very good. For our seniors companies like Anand Rathi, HUL, Axis Bank, PWC etc. Came for the recruitment. The Average package was about 8 Lacs per annum. All our seniors got placed with reputed companies. The placement co-coordinator of our college is gem of a person. She helps each student on personal level. Placement of our college is very good if you try to work on yourself and improve day by day.

Infrastructure: The college is well equipped with the necessary facilities needed for academics. The classes have AC's and projectors. There is a library, too. We have a computer lab in partnership with IBM. Talking about the hostel, The college has a separate hostel on campus for both boys and girls. The college also has the facility to play both outdoor and indoor games so that students can have fun. The food is decent.

Faculty: Teachers are experts in their domain and come from the corporation itself. They teach according to what is relevant in the industry and make you corporate-ready. The exam is divided into 2 parts: mid-semester and final semester. Teachers put extra effort into helping individuals.

Other: The college hosts different kinds of cultural festivals throughout the year, and students participate to show off their extracurricular skills. Sports Fest are also organized by the college.

My experience at EMPI Business School.

Placements: The college offers 100% placements to all students. From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. The average package lies somewhere between 7 to 8 lakhs. The placement record is amazing; almost all students get placed. The companies that visited the campus include Anand Rathi, Infoedge, Swiggy, Decathlon, Patanjali, Humm, Flixbus, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a library, and labs. Talking about the facilities provided by our hostel: Wi-Fi is available, the food is fine, there's power backup in case of outages, AC and cooler units, water coolers with RO purifiers, and a common room. Campus life is awesome.

Faculty: Our faculty members are really supportive and have vast experience. Most of them are visiting faculty members and working professionals in their fields. They teach whatever is relevant to the industry. The course curriculum is well-designed; they not only teach theory but also provide practical knowledge, making students corporate-ready. The semester exams feature application-based questions and case studies. Overall, focusing on understanding concepts enables students to perform well in exams.

Other: The best thing about the college is the low intake of students, which allows more focus on each student. A mentor is provided for any issues. Every festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and dedication. There are different clubs like cultural, sports, communication, CSR, and social media clubs. The events and activities help students build teamwork and connections. EMPI provides a platform to build and enhance skills through campus activities.

The concerned person in placement will push each and every student individually to crack an interview and have a bright future. The college placement offers an average package of 5-6 Lacs, and the maximum package is 12 Lacs. Some of the top companies that come to this college for hiring include Decathlon, Hummel, Varun Beverages, HDFC, Anand Rathi, PWC, Berger Paints, Airtel, LT Foods, etc.

Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure, including free Wi-Fi, labs, a library, and many more amenities. Talking about the hostel, it has a very minimal fee, which includes food and other amenities. The hostel rooms are decent, and cleanliness is always maintained. The food in the hostel is decent.

Placements: So the batch size is 120 and placements are good for the seniors; all Big 4 were on campus alongside other big brands coming to the college. We have also been getting good internship companies with 10k as the average stipend, and the average for the final placements is 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure: Wi-Fi – high-speed internet; labs – well-equipped for practical learning; classrooms – modern with AI aids and library, and for HR students, an HR lab. Hostel facilities include: Quality rooms, food, medical, and sports for the students to engage in extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Faculty quality – teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, providing guidance and support to students. Curriculum – The course curriculum is relevant, incorporating industry-related topics. Exam difficulty – semester exams are challenging but fair.
