Hi, few years back admission was through an entrance exam based on CAT but that's not the case anymore. Academics (Graduation) for 30 marks, Executive experience for another 30 marks and a very easy essay writing test for 25 marks. These are followed by personal interview round of 15 marks. Basic eligibility for executive MBA is:
Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate (other than BFA and BA OL) with 50% marks (SC / ST / BC candidates with 45% marks). Must have studied maths as one of the subjects at SSC / Intermediate level besides qualifying in ICET or entrance test conducted by Andhra University. Minimum of two years of in-service experience after graduation.

A bonafide certificate is a certificate issued by the School/ college to prove that the student has studied in a particular school/ college during the period so and so to prove that the student continued studies and resided in a particular location. This is used as many proofs, like current address proof , identity proof, or it may be used for certain schemes of government.
Study certificate means you have studied the particular course/ subject or graduated from the school or college. That's an educational certificate.
