The authority will conduct the NTA UGC NET exam from December 31 to January 7, 2026 in two shifts. The Hindi subject exam will be held on January 6 in the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. The application dates were October 7 to November 7. The syllabus of Hindi consists of Hindi literature, language, linguistics and literary criticism. The general aptitude is evaluated in Paper 1 and Paper 2 is a subject specific. To know about the syllabus is crucial in the preparation journey of an exam.
