Generally, FMS-Delhi's cut off is very high around 99.99 percentile. Even for OBC category, it wouldn't be less than 99 percentile.

Dear, if you want to learn then the staff is there to help you but it is upto you if you wish to learn.

Yes, you can. But, for that you have to get 95+% in CAT exams to be eligible to get a call. Good luck.
