You would require a high percentile in CAT (99.5+) and a decent GD-PI-Extempore to have a good chance.

7 years ago I have got a call from FMS BHU but I am confused that I should apply for paid seat option or normal. What is the difference between them?

The difference is nil. The paid seats are alotted only when the regular seats are occupied fully. The students opting for the paid seat have to pay higher fee amount.
