The reality of G.L. Bajaj is a mixture of good and bad qualities, but bad overpowers here.
Placements: Good companies do come here with good packages, but they only take 1-2 students. The college has more than 3,000 students in the CSE branch. So, only 1-2 good packages out of 3,000 make it negligible. Most people are placed here in mass recruiters with a package of a maximum 5 LPA, but those who are good in their field can get 9-10 LPA or more.
Infrastructure: The academic block 1 is horrible, but academic block 2 is good. Our academic block 3 is very good. In the 1st year, classes are held in academic block 1, which is not very good. They don't even let us use the lift. Most of the classes are like school. , CSE core classes are the worst, with no chalkboard, school desks, no projector or any technology. From 2nd year, we have infrastructure for AI/AIML, and this block is good.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, and some are horrible. My electronics faculty said they hire amateurs to teach to save money, and good teachers leave this college because they are not paid well. Most of the teachers teach only theory, even in subjects like programming, they teach theory more than practical knowledge.
Other: My course is CSE AI. I chose this college because it has placement opportunities. They are low but still more than other private colleges in this region. The campus is very crowded. It feels like school; there is no college life here. Canteens are also bad-looking, except the PGDM block canteen; teachers can be improved, fests are not dead but still low; Vibrant got cancelled, but siddartha malhotra and Tamanna Bhatiya came to the college.

It is a good college, and you can opt for it.
Placements: The highest package is 60 LPA, and many students receive packages of 40 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies are GoDaddy, Commvault, Blinkit, etc. About 60% of students get internships. The top role offered is obviously B.Tech. Around 5,000 students are admitted this year, while in 2024, during our time, the intake was Rs. 1,800.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very small. In the first year, students have to sit in classrooms without AC, which makes it too hot. The Wi-Fi is good. Labs have AC, and the library also has AC and many books. The quality of food is good, just like in other colleges. Medical facilities are almost non-existent. There are very few sports and game facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are decent and have knowledge of their respective subjects. The teaching is good, but the attendance criteria are the worst part, as 75% attendance is compulsory. The semester exams in the college are of a good level and, I think, harder than university exams. The pass percentage is 99%.

GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management review by a student.
Placements: Placements are the flagship attraction of this college. Most students got placed, and the most important thing is that students got placed in jobs in their field, which is rare in private colleges and also, not-so-well-performing students got placements through mass recruiters. Many got placed through hackathons and internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel feels a bit crowded, but still the management is okay, as even with so many students, they managed to provide good food along with facilities like a lift and all sports activities.
Faculty: The curriculum is best and industry-ready, and exams are also so frequent, so we practice a lot on our curriculum. Their academics are a flex so they genuinely work and put a lot efforts in that. They have good labs and libraries in which, if students want, they can work without any problem. The course curriculum is very well organised and good, and also develops interest in studying.
Other: Campus feels very overcrowded and college life is okay here, just attendance is the thing which you need to maintain 75 percent.

G. L. Bajaj College placement and facilities review.
Placements: I want to say one thing that is this college was good and training and placement cell try to 100 percent job and 100 percent effort for a placement. It fully depends on a student's performance. In this college the highest package was 40 LPA. The lowest package was 3 LPA. In our course it was not much better. There were also top companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Adobe, and Amazon that visited for placements. 80 percent chance of getting an internship from our course. Top roles offered were electronic engineering or embedded engineering.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. There were some problems with the facility system, like Wi-Fi not working properly. The library was modern. Classrooms were decent. Hostel was available on campus, but it was too expensive. Stayed outside and came for class. Mess food was adjustable. Medical facilities were also good. For sports facilities all types of games were available.
Faculty: Faculty were highly educated and knowledge about their teaching. They are more experienced about learning, their teaching qualis also good. Just one thing need that faculty need to build good relationship with student so that all student can easily engaged. Our course is not relevant for placement. Semester examination is not difficult it moderate level and most of the students easy to appear it. I think it passing percentage is 80%. .

Although this college is very good.
Placements: The placement of this college is very good. Almost all students get placed with good salary packages. The highest package offered is 58 LPA, and the average package is around 6–7 LPA. The placement opportunities at this college are better than those at many nearby colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good. All the necessary facilities are available. The campus infrastructure is better than that of many nearby colleges. The hostel facilities are also very good compared to other nearby colleges.
Faculty: Faculty of this college is very good and helps students with placements as well as examination preparation. All faculty members are well educated. Examinations are conducted regularly so that students can perform well in the final exams.

College is good with good placements.
Placements: The placement is decent. 75-80 percent of students got placed, and many students received good packages. Autodesk, Palo Alto, and more such companies come to the college. Software engineering and sales roles are offered. The minimum package is 3.5 LPA, and the highest is 44 LPA-50 LPA and maximum students get internships.
Infrastructure: All labs and classrooms are well equipped, but in class there is no AC, and the rest of the areas are equipped with AC. The hostel facility is not up to the mark. The maximum students take hostel outside the campus since the food and rooms are not very good, and maintenance is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and industry-oriented, since the exam is of AKTU, so the paper is sometimes unpredictable, so we have to be ready for such papers.
