It is very difficult for the students in our department to get placed because only a few companies visit our campus to hire us.

Satisfied with the college life that I have lived here.
Placements: In my opinion placements here are good compared to other colleges. I got placed in Cognizant from this College. In our academic batch of 2026 almost 200 students got placed out of 1000 plus students. In the period of mass layoffs in IT companies almost 90 students got placed in Cognizant. The average package of on-campus placement is 4 LPA while the highest from our batch is 11 LPA in TCS.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our department is decent in terms of academics. Classrooms are cleaned regularly and equipped with projectors and digital boards. Labs are available for necessary experiments and most of the equipment is provided for students for practical projects. The library has a large collection of technical and non-technical books. Wi-Fi facility is available on campus with individual high-speed routers for every floor. The hostel facilities are somewhat disappointing. The college does not have a hostel facility for boys, only girls have a hostel facility. It is located in RCEW College, which is located just behind GPCET.
Faculty: The faculty here are mostly PhD awardees and highly qualified to teach so the teaching quality is pretty good for a reason. The curriculum here mostly concentrates on practical skills and makes them industry-ready. The semester exams in college are moderately difficult but the pass percentage is about 95 percent which reflects the efforts made by students and faculty.

Few events are conducted but the faculty is good and the HOD strongly supports students.
Placements: Placements in the college are average. However, the college provides good placement preparation through training programs, aptitude sessions, and skill development activities which are better compared to many other colleges. The top job is in IoT at 36 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are good and the canteen provides quality food. All food items in the canteen are sold at MRP prices only making them affordable and convenient for students. The campus is surrounded by jammers because no student has to use their phones in the classrooms.
Faculty: The faculty in our department is good and supportive. They maintain discipline and conduct examinations strictly ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation process. The college offers good placement preparation and training compared to other colleges.
Other: One disadvantage of the college is that very few events, cultural programs, or extracurricular activities are conducted on campus which limits opportunities for students to showcase their talents and gain additional exposure.

At the end of college, every student loves and miss the college very much.
Placements: Recently, we attend CTS, which is Cognizant, and our college expects a good number of students to get selected in that company. The college helps students a lot to crack jobs in the company. Getting jobs is beneficial for both the college and students.
Infrastructure: Our college contains only three blocks and is a small college group. So the infrastructure of the college is not that good, but the systems in the college are better for seniors. Recently, the infrastructure of the college has changed a lot. The college management works on it.
Faculty: In our college, only a few faculty have good knowledge and experience, but a lot of faculty are demanding. The way they teach students is not good. When we talk about the curriculum, faculty teach only what they know. Sometimes, faculty leaves some syllabus. This is about some faculty only, not all.

Satisfied because of the good faculty.
Placements: Campus placements are completely different from off-campus placements. I have seen a person who started preparing just a week before the placements, get into a very good company. The best part about campus placements is that they give an opportunity to each and every student.
Infrastructure: Hostels are generally good to excellent, with modern facilities like Wi-Fi, digital classrooms, libraries, and recreational spaces. Hostels often offer well-ventilated and furnished rooms, sometimes with apartment-style layouts, and include amenities like dining halls.
Faculty: Faculty members’ teaching methods, communication skills, and ability to engage students are evaluated. Exams are assessed to ensure they are a valid measure of student learning and provide a reliable assessment of their knowledge and skills. The availability and quality of textbooks, online resources, and other learning materials are reviewed.

Overall, my college is best for students who can't afford a high-level university.
Placements: Only 10 to 20% of students got placements from last year. The highest package in my college is 24 LPA. Most often, recruiting companies are Cognizant, TCS, Omneky, DeltaX, etc. The college also provides summer internships to all students through Rooman Technologies. The top roles offered in my course are software developer roles. So, after all this, my college is a tier-3 college, so we can't expect much more from it.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure is good. They provide Wi-Fi in labs and SLCs. Labs are also not bad. Classrooms are very nice, and they have recently renovated all classrooms. The hostel is not for boys. Hostel facility is only available for girls. The canteen is separate for boys and girls, and it has also been renovated recently.
Faculty: Faculty members of my college are good, and some of them have completed their Ph.D. Some are well-experienced faculty. Our curriculum is designed well. Now they are providing us CRT training in the final year to help us crack placements while also managing the semester syllabus.
Other: So, I chose this course based on the current market hype. My course has heavy demand in my college compared to other branches. When it comes to events, they are very rare in my college. Once a year, they conduct Freshers' Day and Farewell Day. These are the only fests conducted in my college.

Overall, the college is very good.
Placements: Placement is very good. Most reputed companies come to our college for placements, and many students get selected. Faculty members are helpful during the placement. Most of our seniors get placed in companies. There is special training for placement in our college.
Infrastructure: The college hostel infrastructure is very nice, but there is only one issue. There is no hostel for boys. The hostel is only for girls, but it is very safe and secure. The infrastructure of the hostels and college is good, and the college canteen is also very good and reasonable. There is space for sports, and the ground is very big.
Faculty: The exam curriculum and courses are very simple and easy to learn. Faculty is very good at explaining things and very good in practical labs. Overall, everything is good.
