With a 78.266 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to the OBC category, I understand you're hoping for a seat in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs. To be honest, at this percentile, the chances for NITs and IIITs are quite slim - even with the OBC reservations. The competition is really tough, and most of these institutes have much higher cutoffs, even for reserved categories. That said, don't lose hope! Sometimes, a few distant or lesser-known GFTIs might have lower cutoffs, so it's worth checking last year's opening and closing ranks on the official JoSAA webiste. If you do find a possible option, make sure to look carefully at the branch and campus before locking in your choice.
