My honest review of my college.
Placements: Students can acquire placements from semester 1 to 2. They offer very good placements in MNCs like Saint Gobain, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Reliance, and Amar Raja. They offer a salary package starting from 3,60,000-7,00,000. Most companies like COCA-COLA, Reliance, and ITC in these MNCs offer internship opportunities if you are really good at your academics. Most of the projects you can expect are at MNCs, and a few in small startups.
Infrastructure: They also provide hostel facilities for both girls and boys separately, and they charge almost 50,000 per year for them. When it comes to infrastructure, it is not good in the hostel, and they are not hygienic, and the food quality is average. I think they need to improve this. I chose an MBA in Marketing because of the varied opportunities it has. The faculty is good and interactive. They help us a lot from the time of joining to the end of college. Some faculty also guide you after college.
Faculty: When it comes to the course curriculum, they follow the Andhra University pattern. Most of the exams are followed as per AU instructions since it is affiliated with AU. Faculty members are very friendly and they clear all the doubts without any hesitation. All the faculty are Ph.D.. D.-qualified and are pursuing a Ph.D. program. The course curriculum is good because it has been checked and approved by Andhra University itself, which has undertaken our college, and they always help students to get exposure by asking them to do many extracurricular activities, which are not included in the curriculum.

Placements: The placement scenario is good. Every year, 70% of the students get placed in top companies like Deloitte, Capital IQ, Hyundai, Amazon, etc. The median annual package is 3.5 LPA. Placements and job opportunities are good. The only thing a student needs to do is prepare well and showcase his/her talent to the companies visiting. Almost 15-20 companies visit the college every year, and this year, 64% of the eligible students got placed.
Infrastructure: I am not a hosteler, I am a day scholar. Don't have single rooms, they provide shared rooms with 4-6 members. Outside of campus, we have PG accommodation, for hostel and for mess, we should pay yearly Rs 65,000/-. Food is good, especially South Indian food, which tastes awesome.
Faculty: Teachers are very experienced in various specialisations in teaching, so many of them are PhD holders. Faculty are very good, friendly, supportive & interactive. The standard of teaching is awesome. The MBA programme is a 2-year course in our college, and we have a total of 4 semesters, 2 in the first year and 2 in the second year. In our college for MBA, we have 6 specialisations, and students must select 2 specialisations.
Other: I chose Human Resources (hr) in MBA, Gayatri Vidya Parishad College, which focused on practical learning in communication skills and personality development, creative writing, reading fiction/poetry/short story, vocabulary/grammar for GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, CAT, etc. So many research initiatives are taken by the institute, like monthly two-to three-day workshops, and innovative research takes place every month in our college.

Honest review of my college.
Placements: The placement scenario is good. Every year, 70% of students get placed in top companies like Deloitte, Capital IQ, Hyundai, Amazon, etc. The median annual package is 3.5 LPA. But regarding placement at the college, I was shocked at that moment. I joined for good placements, but nothing is provided.
Infrastructure: As it is the best platform and demand management course, the faculty and the student ratio are very good, 10:10. The qualification of the faculty is very good, and they have excellent teaching skills. The exam timings are 3 hours for each exam. I am not a hosteler, I am a day scholar. Single rooms are not available, they provide shared rooms with 4-6 members. Outside the campus, PG accommodation is available. For hostel and mess, we should pay Rs. 65,000 yearly. The food is good, especially the South Indian food tastes awesome.
Faculty: The curriculum includes creative writing, reading fiction/poetry/short stories, and vocabulary/grammar for exams like GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, CAT, etc. Many research initiatives are taken by the institute, like monthly two to three-day workshops, and innovative research takes place every month in our college. Exams are held semester-wise, with mid-exams conducted twice a year. Lab practicals are held once a week. It is a hill culture college. The faculty members are very experienced in various specializations.
Other: I chose Human Resources (HR) in the MBA. Gayatri Vidya Parishad College focuses on practical learning, especially in communication skills and personality development.

Review of Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for Degree and PG Courses.
Placements: Placement and job opportunities are good. The only thing a student needs to do is prepare well and showcase their talent to the companies visiting; almost 15-20 companies visit the college every year. This year, 64% of the eligible students got placed. No, our college doesn't provide any internships or stipends. On the contrary, we are required to do at least one internship during our two years of academics.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum can be easily accessed in the library available on campus. The faculty also provides important information and detailed materials regarding the subjects. There are no hostel facilities available for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Regarding the mess food, it offers quality meals at very low cost. Hostel facilities are not available, but the college is located in an area where many private hostels and budget-friendly canteens are available. However, students interested in courses like engineering or medicine are provided with hostels and canteens.
Faculty:
The faculty of this college is pretty moderate. Some are experienced faculty they have great knowledge of the basic subjects. And some are the new faculty that has pretty good knowledge of the new subjects. Some are experienced faculty they have great knowledge of the basic subjects. Placements: The placement scenario is good. Every year, 70% of students get placed in top companies like Deloitte, Capital IQ, Hyundai, Amazon, etc. The average package is 3.5 LPA. FMS is one of those campuses in the country where placements are not an issue, as 100% of batch students get placed with very good compensation.
Infrastructure: I am not a hosteler. I am a day scholar. It does not have single rooms. It provides shared rooms for 4-6 members. There are PG accommodations outside the college.
Faculty: The exams are held only semester-wise, and mid-exams are there twice a year. Lab practicals are there once a week. It is a hill culture college. They are very experienced in various specialisations in teaching, so many of them are PhD holders. Faculty members are very good, friendly, supportive, and interactive. The standard of teaching is awesome. The course curriculum is well-structured in the first year, and students have to study all the basic courses of management, like financial accounting, marketing management, human resources management, quantitative methods, etc. In the second year of college, one has to choose electives on the basis of the interest in a specific domain, like marketing, finance, or human resources.

I am absolutely satisfied because of facilities in college and good placements.
Placements: Above 70% of students get placed in our college. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 3.5-4 LPA. Top companies that visit the college are Wipro, Asian Paints, Vodafone, Idea, ITC, Raam Group (Benz & MG), etc. The top roles offered are manager, assistant manager, and management trainee.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good compared to all the colleges in Vizag, except for GITAM. We have a large library with books. A digital library is also available. We have digital classrooms with a projector and clean classrooms. Wi-Fi is available in all areas, and labs are also available. Facilities of the hostel are very good. Girls' hostel is available at the college. Boys' hostel is somewhat far from the college, but there is availability of a bus facility for them. The food is provided 3 times a day. A drinking water facility is also available.
Faculty: Every faculty member will guide us if we do not know about anything. Teachers are well-qualified to teach us and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it is useful for students to become industry-ready. Semester exams are pretty easy if we attend the classes on a daily basis.
Other: In the MBA, the management events are very important. There are a lot of events to gain experience. Many fests are organsied in the college for PG students. The campus crowd is neither too heavy or not too low. There is a good strength of people. The campus surroundings are too good, with trees and cool weather. Besides, there are beautiful beaches and a temple.
