Overview of G. B. Plant Institute Of Technology New Delhi 110020.

Placements: Almost 80% of batch get easily placed there is not a big issue about the placements in this college. Top recurring companies for automobile engineering. are Tata, Mahindra, Volkswagen etc. And about internship every student has to go through the internship part after fourth semester.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good just like usable and all because college is around 30 years old too that's why. And about facilities like Wi-Fi you will not get here, library is pretty good for students, canteen is very bad and small in the back of college.

Faculty: Faculty is very good as they are pretty well educated and the teaching method is very understandable too. The curriculum is relevant to current industry standards. The students also get good chances of getting industry ready and are well educated.

Other: The reason for me to choose this course from this college is about the placement and reputation of this college. The thing could have been better is infrastructure and canteen of this college otherwise the college is very great. There are less social events in this hostel.

If you belong from weaker sections, then you should definitely consider this college.

Placements: Mostly good companies ask minimum 60% marks of your academics. The lowest package is 1.2LPA and the highest is 3.5LPA. Top and good recruiting company is Maruti Suzuki. There is no concept of on campus internship, they will give you a letter, and then you have to go to companies and ask for internship. Role of maximum candidate get of DET (Diploma ENGINEER TRAINEE). .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is kinda good in this college, and the area of college is very big as compare to other Polytechnic college. There is free Wi-Fi facility available but now you will get very few data, earlier we used to get 1Gb on one device. There is no hostel facility available, canteen is good, but sometimes you will find it is colsed.

Faculty: Teacher are very helpful of my courses, and I must say they were very qualified. The course is very relevant, but it does not have you industry ready, once you get a job, you will find that it is whole new thing. Semester exam is not very complicated, once you give sessional exam of 2 unit then another sessional of two unit then have kinda know everything.

Other: I Chose this course because I have worm of knowing what is in cars, who they built, which things makes them this much powerful.

It's a good college for upcoming students. I suggest them to join here and learn.

Placements: There are different placement rates for many years like, in the last year, there was a 25% placement rate. However, before COVID-19, the placement rate is approximately 50%. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Almost every year, Maruti Suzuki is the top recruiting company of our college, and the next is Bajaj. Approximately 90% of students got internships from here.

Infrastructure: There are very good classrooms in our department and all other departments. There is a maintenance of electronic applications like fans, etc. There is also a good library system, which contains books and workshops with all equipment. There is also a canteen for small food items like biscuits, Maggie, etc.

Faculty: We have gained good knowledge from our professors, and they help to prepare for the future. They provide good knowledge about technology, which makes students ready for future opportunities in new technology. Semester exams are not very difficult if you attend all classes and learn all things.

Other: I chose this course because I like cars and their designs and speed. I have much curiosity to know more about those things, so I joined this college.

Placements: The placement is very good in this college. The average salary package is 2.5-3 LPA. The college has its placement cell and the training placement officer is also very supportive. The companies that visit our college are Maruti, Yamaha, Subros, Bajaj Auto, and Vikas Group.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well structured and equipped with automobile and mechanical workshops. There are almost all laboratories like physics labs, chemistry labs, computer labs, material science labs, hydraulics labs, mechanics labs, thermal engineering labs, etc. In mechanical workshops, there are almost all types of shops like fitting, welding, carpentry, painting, blacksmith, etc. In automobile workshops, they have almost all types of machines and engines required for better understanding.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are well educated and have good teaching experience. They give the best explanation about the topic and they also focus on developing skills in students. They make students ready for industry, and train students accordingly.
