Satisfied with the infrastructure, campus life, crowd, and academic excellence.
Placements: Even though achieving 100% placements is quite difficult, GIM BDA has seen 90%+ students getting placed consistently over the years. The highest package is around 25 LPA and the lowest is around 10 LPA. Top companies include Accenture, JPMC, HSBC, EY, Optum, Aditya Birla, Natwest, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is exceptional. You also get to witness a serene view of the mountains from various points inside the campus. There is 24/7 Wi-Fi installed in all the hostel rooms, classrooms, and labs with good speed. The mess food is above average and most people say it is better than other residential campuses. There is a lot of variety every week. The sports facilities are also phenomenal but medical services are pretty average.
Faculty: Most of the faculty is wonderful here, with a few exceptions. Honesty, you have to rely on self-study at the end of the day. But the teachers are very helpful. The curriculum is quite technical and people who come from unrelated backgrounds and have no interest in analytics, states, programming, or Maths might struggle. There are mid-term and end-term examinations along with weekly quizzes. You can easily pass in them with a decent effort.
Other: A lot of extracurricular and academic activities and fests/parties keep happening throughout the year. There are multiple student-driven clubs and committees which keep the students engaged. There is not a dull day at GIM!

My college is Goa Institute of Management.
Placements: The placement of summer internships starts from the first semester itself, along with final year placements. Many companies, including leaders like JP Morgan, Deloitte, and Goldman Sachs, visit our campus. The highest package is 27 lakhs, and the average is 15 lakhs. Roles are different; many companies offer business development associate roles.
Infrastructure: Campus infrastructure is aesthetic and modern. The library has limited seats with a plan for extension. The weather in Goa is either very hot or rainy. The hostel consists of non-AC double occupancy rooms with an option to upgrade to a single AC room at an extra cost. Each room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, shoe rack, and a small side table for casual use. The accommodation fee for two years is 1,80,000 rupees, which includes meals four times a day: dinner, lunch, breakfast, and evening snacks. The food quality is high and hygienic, and the seafood has a good taste.
Faculty: GIM has a high number of faculty members who hold Ph.D. degrees, bringing a wealth of knowledge. This intensive two-year program is unfolded in six terms, three per year. Each term is packed with 8-9 engaging subjects. GIM’s flagship program takes a unique approach; the first year covers business domain and strong foundation subjects, and the second year offers a journey of choosing specialization subjects.
Other: Beaches are a great distance from the college, but you should make a plan.

One of the best campus life among b-schools in India.
Placements: 100% students are placed.
26 Lacs was the highest fees, 8.5 Lacs was the lowest, and the average was 11.5 Lacs. Jp Morgan, icici bank, reliance industries, gep, EY, and ITC are some of the top recruiters. Sales manager, financial analyst, risk analyst, data analyst, research intern are some of the offered roles. 90% got internship from college, rest of the students availed it on their own from outside the college.
Infrastructure: 50 acres campus, state of art academic block. The library is great and has almost all the resources available. The campus is fully Wi-Fi, shares a common password so it's easily accessible. The classrooms are fully air conditioned and good enough for spending the whole day doing classes.
2. 2 sharing non AC room is provided in 1st year and single non AC room in 2nd year, the mess is good, serves 4 meals a day and taste is decent enough. Sports facilities are great enough, has a full fledged multi purpose auditorium dedicated to sports with swimming facilities. The medical facilities are not good.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and well experienced. Few of them also have decent industry exposure. The overall teaching quality is 6.5 out of 10. The course curriculum is decent enough to cater to the basic needs of meeting the academic requirements for an MBA, but keeping the industry standards in mind, it does need some rectifications.
Other: The campus life, the eventful 2 years, the decent placement offers, the location. The placement average, peer to peer learning, the return on investment. This can proudly be said that GIM is one of the best in terms events, campus life, fest, extra curriculars.

Placements: The PGDM - Big Data Analytics programme of GIM has been creating buzz around India. Even after being a 4-year-old programme BDA has achieved new heights and has set new records when it comes to placements. The programme achieved 100% placements in the month of December itself with the highest package of 30.17 LPA, setting an all-time high college record. The average is also expected to increase and go above 13+ LPA. The highest package of SIP is 1.2 Lacs per month. Top recruiters visited the campus from various sectors and have offered various job roles in Analytics as well in General Management.
Infrastructure: GIM has the best classroom infrastructure with high-tech Labs powered by SAS and other Big Data tools Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Tableau, and so on. The library is accessible for the students 24x7 with all curriculum books and good infrastructure for students to prepare for their assignments and projects. The classrooms, hostels are having a high-speed Wi-Fi connection which goes up to 200mbs download speed. The hostel rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. The mess provides a variety of delicious food from all parts of India so that all the students get to taste their regional food as well as not feel homesick. The college provides infrastructure for various sports like Cricket, Football, Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball and many more. The campus also has a swimming pool and gym facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members for BDA are from top-notch colleges around the world like Stanford, IITs and IIMs. There are and few faculty members who have come with a good corporate experience and they are always there to guide the students and conduct various projects with them to make them ready for the corporate world and step up to face real-life problems. The faculty members are always approachable and take a keen interest to explain the concepts in the class. The case study pedagogy for solving managerial and analytical problems makes the course interesting.

Placements: Even after being the new program, GIM big data analytics witnesses 100% of students are placed due to high industry demands and a well-structured curriculum. The highest salary package offered is 1.2 lakh per month till now and for finals, it is 30.17 lakhs. Top recruiters included companies from various sectors offering roles such as data scientist and business analyst.
Infrastructure: GIM has recapitulated the personification of being one of the best colleges of management in India by not only postulating an unparalleled education but also bestowing students with enormous amenities. It touches all parts of a student's life, by taking care of their varied interests and provisioning them with courts, laboratories, library, etc., and also maintaining hygiene with beautification of the college to maintain the dignity and the peace of students or faculty members.

Placements: Data analytics is gaining popularity as the most important trend that businesses are looking for. PGDM - BDA is an amalgamation of management and in-demand analytical skills. The placements have been extremely promising for a relatively new course. The major recruiters of our course are from the banking industry. The USP of GIM - Big Data Analytics is the 5-month summer internship program helping students gain hands-on industry experience on analytical tools.
Infrastructure: I would rate the college 10/10 in terms of infrastructure. Labs are equipped with powerful analytical tools that are accessible 24X7 by students. The campus is lush green and is Wi-Fi enabled throughout. Classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The mess offers a variety of dishes both Continental/Indian and is maintained by a student-driven health club. Medical assistance is available 24X7 for the students.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, with rich experience in the relevant field. Visiting faculty are industry leaders. They visit the campus and help students gain hands-on knowledge of the current industry trends. The course curriculum is carefully laid out keeping in mind the industry needs. Students are given training in SAS by industry professionals.
Other: I opted for this course because data is the new trend. Big data analytics is one of the most in-demand career paths today. The need to learn analytics is at its peak and PGDM-BDA is one of the top colleges offering a full-time program with good placements and a great course structure. Apart from this, the Goa Institute of Management has been known for being extremely diverse and student-driven.
