The best government college of Rourkela.
Placements: The students who have a percentage above 46 get placement in these courses. The highest-paid job here is 20,000, and the lowest placement here is 10,000. The internships provided here are mainly 30% of our students. The Vedantus provide us jobs here; the starting package is 15900 here.
Infrastructure: Our faculty members are good, but our infrastructure is not so well because the buildings are very old, and other things are well because we have nice Wi-Fi that connects well. Our classrooms are good, and benches are also good, but some are broken. The library has AC and benches. The hostel is good, but the food is not so good as they provide 3 days of non-veg and other days veg, but the quality and taste are not so good. The canteen is also good, but they don't keep it tidy.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and sweet. They help us a lot in studies and other work, like functions. They help us to be socially active. Their teaching quality is 8 out of 10 because they are very friendly and kind. Yes, these courses help us to interact with society and teach us to be more friendly, and we should behave well with others. The semester and exams are very easy as the teachers help us to do our studies well; the passing percentage is 33 for here.
Other: I chose these courses because I wanted to be in civil service, so these subjects were suitable for me, and also the teachers are very friendly. I would suggest improving the infrastructure of old buildings and ceilings of the colleges. Events are very good and amazing. We celebrate all kinds of festivals, mainly Ganesh Puja and Saraswati Puja. The campus of our college is very nice and big. There are a lot of places to hang out here. There are many scholarships here for starting to end; many activities are done here, like volleyball, football, etc. Our seniors are very friendly and sweet.

I am highly satisfied with the facilities of our college.
Placements: About 30% of the students got placed in our BA course. The highest salary offered in this course is about Rs. 80,000 to 90,000 per month. Many top companies are giving jobs to students of this college. Students of our college get many higher jobs in top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi is also available, and there is a library with all the new edition books. The quality of the hostel is also good in this college. Our college also provides some reserved seats for SC and ST students. The playground is also available for sports and games to play.
Faculty: Teachers teaching here are highly educated and well-qualified. Board examinations for teaching services are organised by the Government of Odisha. The course available here makes students qualify for any higher university examinations with good marks. Semester exams are difficult as we have to prepare for higher education.
Other: It is a well-maintained and well-managed campus. The canteen is also available with the best quality of food. Scholarships are also offered by the government to students of this college. I think it is the best college.

It is the best college with all facilities.
Placements: The placements are good in this college. All companies provide good job opportunities to the students of our college. The average salary package is Rs 7000 per month. All students passing out from here are getting top jobs in top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very well maintained. The classrooms are well maintained with air conditioning in each classroom. The library is well maintained with the latest book which is necessary for our courses. A canteen is available and medical facilities are also available in case of emergency. NCC camps organise sports and games for students.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are well qualified and most talented. The children who pass out from this college will surely get a job because this college aims to make every student successful. The passing percentage of this college is about 80%.
Other: This college provides scholarships to bright students and extra-curricular activities like competitions are also organised. The surrounding is very clean and trees were planted, so that the students get a pollution-free air.

It is a very well reputed college.
Placements: There's no placement in our Government Autonomous College, Rourkela. Not a single company visited, and no one got an internship from the college. No one got the roles in my course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are quite good in our college. Wi-Fi is available in almost all corners of our college. Labs are pretty good but need some development. Classrooms are pretty spacious, but the library needs some massive work on its infrastructure, and the collection of books also need to be increased.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and very well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. They are taking a very good step of recruiting well qualified private contract teachers. The curriculum is relevant and set by the Odisha gender government itself. Semester exams are taken quite seriously, and 70% of students pass.
Other: I took this course because I wanted to. The college should provide more study materials and well trained teachers.

It is the best college in Rourkela.
Placements: I am a student of B.Sc from batch 2018 to 2021 in our college. I am studying in electronics and telecommunication branch of the self-financing department. Approximately 60% of the students got placed from our senior batch, i.e., out of 41 students, about 29 got placed in different companies. The highest salary package offered was around 3.6 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was around 1.8 LPA. Top requirement companies for our course are TCS, Tata Steel, Rourkela Steel Plant, etc. The top role offered in our course is an assistant supervisor. The highest salary package offered in our course was 4.0 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. About 10% of students got internships in TCS, while 14 students got in Tata Steel and 5 students in Rourkela. Other 5 students got in different companies, and 10 students are studying a master in science in this same college. Remaining students quit their studies due to different reasons.
Infrastructure: There are well-cleaned rooms and labs with marvel paving, and all the labs are air-conditioned. There is a Wi-Fi facility for students for limited use, and there is a library, which contains all the books, previous year question papers, etc. There are separate hostels for boys and girls which are further divided into general and SC/ST hostel. There is a separate hostel for post-graduation girls, in which every room has the capacity to accommodate 4 students. It is a well maintained and new hostel. There is one canteen in our college, and there is a separate mess in the hostel.
Faculty: There are well-qualified teachers with minimum experience of 5 years. Their teaching quality is good, and they are polite. From many labs, students here are ready for fieldwork as they demonstrate well about the experiment, and they are trained to do an experiment on their own.
Other: I chose this course because now it's a demanding branch in the world, and also I like electronics from my 9th standard. I wish that our college should provide fieldwork or conduct a visit to any industry for relevant things for students for better improvement.

Satisfied by the faculty members. Facilites were good, good infrastructure.
Placements: Placement is good for our seniors. On average, 30% of students were placed. INR 20,000 was given to those students. Tata company, Vedanta etc. visited in campus selection programme. 20% of students got an internship from colleges. By doing an internship they have good practical knowledge about their subjects.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection was not present in the college labs and was present for practical works. The classrooms were good. The library has no sufficient books. Food is good in the canteen.
3 hostels were provided to the students 2 hostels for the girls and 1 for the boys. The infrastructure of the hostel is good.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful. All teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Student ratios in the college were at 50:1. The course provided to the students was good. The syllabus was very much helpful for further studies and exams. Extra curriculum occurred in the colleges.

We all love our college as it is the best college in Sundargarh District.
Placements: The placements offered are by some private companies and retail sector also. Some private engineering companies like Tata Consultancy Services also visit. The salaries are starting as per the company, likely to be more than Rs. 10,000. Most of the higher percentage students are getting the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and helpful for students.
There is Wi-Fi enabled. For every department, there are separate classrooms. There is 1 big library. Medical facilities are also available near to the hospital. There is a canteen available. Cultural programmes & sports are conducted. Hostel facility is available. There are separate playgrounds for all hostels. The campus is huge. The food available is also very good.
Faculty: All the lecturers are good, but we need more lecturers. Their teaching is helpful for us. They support the students well. The examination department is also helping all our students. The new course is also good, and especially all the new lectures teach very well with this syllabus.
Other: It is located at the Panposh in the city of Rourkela and is affiliated to Sambalpur University. It is one of the oldest colleges in Rourkela. It is a government autonomous college, and is also known for best BA & B.Sc course in the whole of Rourkela because it has good lecturers. It also motivates those students who focus on their personal talents like dancing, singing, sports.
