Review of Government Medical College Nilgiris.
Placements: There were many placements in our college. We needed to do PG for higher studies and a job in this profession. Everyone got internships in our college but we needed to pass out the final year exam. Discipline and lifetime learning and studying about all.
Infrastructure: We had almost all the facilities here in our college. No Wi-Fi was available. We had 5G of Jio. The hostel had good food quality and quantity. It was tasty and healthy for the students. We had extras like milkshake, ice cream, canned juices, etc. We had brownies and cakes available.
Faculty: Exams were somewhat different and tough similar to those of NEET UG. We needed to write an essay, reasoning out, and short notes along with MCQs. 100 marks and 2 papers for each subject were conducted. There were a total of 6 papers and 3 subjects. It was a little difficult to remember things in the exam.
Other: My parents forced me to choose this course as it has high validity and honour. This course was quite difficult at the start. A total of 6 years of hard work brings a perfect doctor to this society.

| MBBS | Candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained mentioned percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. In respect of PwBD candidates as per NMC and DCI Regulations, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Botany and Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 40% instead of 50%. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Honble High Court of Delhi, Honble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Honble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Result awaited candidates can also apply,he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling. |
