Here all labs are in working condition so students get good practical knowledge from here.

Placements: In my academic year, there were no placements provided. But for the senior batch, placements were provided mostly 50% of the students. Most were placed in good companies. I think from this year onwards, placements will be provided so I would recommend this college to everyone. Besides, even if no placements are conducted by the college, people would still manage to get good jobs outside.

Infrastructure: The college has an excellent infrastructure. It has a mess, medical facilities, sports, and games facilities but there is no canteen in our college. Food quality is not bad. Hostel is fully secured for the student's security, so I would refer to this college.

Faculty: Here, the faculty members are amazing. They are well experienced, knowledgable and have many skill-sets. They clarify every doubt of students. They never miss any point in syllabus. They also teach how to survive in society and how to face every odd situation without fear. So, they build self-confidence in every student.

It is a good college for Polytechnic.

Placements: In Government Polytechnic College, Hyderabad, in the department of Civil Engineering, out of 100 students, 40 students are qualified in the campus placements 2025, while the remaining opt for higher studies. The highest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Essar, Goorej, Hindustan Construction Ltd, etc. The role offered in this course is that of a civil engineer. In 2025, lecturers helped the students to get internships in various companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college includes a green college environment with trees, good classrooms, virtual classrooms, NCC and NSS, a canteen, a playground, SBTET, a scholarship cell, and well-equipped labs and workshops for all branches. The hostel is very clean and comfortable with large rooms, beds, a study hall, and a mess with tasty meals. Phones are allowed in the hostel and college.

Faculty: Teachers in our department have excellent knowledge of Civil Engineering and teach with experience and knowledge to the students. Teachers are cooperative and understand the situation of students in clarifying their doubts and queries. The Civil Engineering Department is curriculum-relevant.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have got a seat in this college, and I am interested in NCC. So I joined this college. Events like Independence Day, Republic Day, NCC Day, Freshers and farewell parties, and Bathukamma celebrations are conducted on the campus every year.
