Yes, NRI students can apply for the integrated twinning programme at HITAM. Students who are US citizens will obviously not require a visa to go to the US for the last two years. Yes, candidates can get admission to regular BTech courses at HITAM on the basis of merit. According to the information available on the official website of the institute, HITAM offers 30% of the management seats in the BTech course on the basis of merit. Rest, 70% of seats are filled through the EAPCET, followed by counseling. For merit-based admission, candidates can apply directly through the official website of the institute. However, in merit-based admission, candidates might be required to go through a written test, followed by a PI.

The TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 will be conducted in three phases, namely Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Final Phase, for admission into BE/BTech/BPharma courses by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and will be managed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). Further, TS EAMCET (now TS EAPCET) Spot Round will also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges.

Every year the gender intake changes depending upon the admission ratio (number of students applied). But yes, according to some policies there are certain seats which are reserved for female child and so is the scholarship provided to that girl student. Therefore, there is no such set ratio of gender intake at the Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management.
