I am absolutely satisfied with this college.
Placements: 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest package is about 5.2 LPA, and the lowest package is about 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course are Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Medha Servo, Technip FMC, etc. 90% of students got internships in top companies like BHEL, Steel Plant, Port, Cynergies, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our course is good. Classrooms are kept neat. The quality and facilities in our hostel are good. The food is also somewhat good. The mess available in the canteen is good. Sports, games, and other extracurricular activities are conducted every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Qualified and knowledgeable teachers are only recruited in our college. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semesters are not that tough. We can easily score on the exams by reading from the textbook.
Other: I love the mechanical course. The best thing about my course is the lab. Events and fests are conducted every year.

Review of Government Polytechnic, Vishakhapatnam.
Placements: Government Polytechnic Visakhapatnam offers good placements to the students with an average package of 4.5 LPA. Companies like Tata, Thought Works, Texas Instruments, Hlmando, and Effectronics. Almost every student at Government Polytechnic Visakhapatnam got an internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is absolutely good. LAN facilities are also available. College looks old but classrooms are good. College has its own hostel. I heard that the food is not so that much good, and those who are interested in sports and NCC have good facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful at the college. They are very experienced in their respective groups, and teaching quality is good. Semester exams are easy to pass but difficult to score high marks, and also invigilation is strict during external examination.

Other: I want to study in this field. There is nothing to improve in this college.

Placements: At Government Polytechnic, Visakhapatnam has very good placements. The highest package that I know is 4.2 LPA. Top companies like Tata, Thought Works, Texas, and HL Mando. Pass percentage is 35% of overall marks, it is very easy to pass the semester exams.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at the college is very good with very big ground and excellent sports facilities. All the festivals are conducted at Government Polytechnic Visakhapatnam. Coming to classrooms and labs are very good. All the equipments is there for labs.
Faculty: All faculty members at Government Polytechnic Visakhapatnamre a very well educated and nearly with pass percentage of 90%. The teaching is very good and it is easy to pass the semester examination. Most of the students pass with one day batting. Faculty members are nice here.
