Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata Certificate Courses & Fees 2026

Candidates seeking admission to GHIMCT via NCHMCT JEE 2025 must sit in the counselling rounds. For this, they need to pay INR 40,000 as a participation fee for NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025.  To be more specific, When appearing for the counselling round, candidates need to pay a registration fee of INR 2,000. This fees is non refundable. Other than that, candidates will also have to pay INR 40,000 as the participation fess. The amount of INR 40,000 is adjusted as the academic fee for the first semester of the hotel management course. This amount includes INR 2,000 which is the counselling fee. Through centralised online counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2025, shortlisted candidates will be allotted seats in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 27 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 01 Public Sector Undertaking and 29 Private Institutes of Hotel Management.

Candidates are informed that admission to BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration course is done strictly on the basis of a candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) in NCHMCT JEE. There will be no separate group discussion or interview round conducted for admissions. Basis a candidate's rank and minimum qualifying marks,  NCHMCT JEE cut-offs are prepared.

Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management offers admission to courses based on entrance exam scores. Aspirants are required to appear for GNIHM JET for admission. Hence, direct admission is not offered. Candidates must also fulfil the eligibility criteria specified for the applied course. Selected candidates get a seat in the institute on paying the admission fee.

GNIHM conducts a Joint Entrance Test (JET) for admissions to various courses. Moreover, candidates also need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management admissions.
