I did 1st-year of M.Com from Bishop Heber in 2013 & quit the final year in 2014 due to some personal issues, can I rejoin it now?

I dont think, you will be able to rejoin the same course now because there is a ling gap. You can rather take fresh admission (if applicable). I also think that you should get in touch with the college officials for specific information. I think they are the right party to answer the same.
