Alumni Meet 2022

July 20, 2022: Alumni Meet 2022 was organised by I Business Institute for the graduates. IBI preserved the handprints of Alumni in order to carve their memories into future time. Alumni talked about their experiences, lessons learned, and enjoyable college experiences. Mr. Sujeet Roy, the managing director, gave a speech to the alumni, sharing his recollections and offering advice for the future. With each of the batches, the faculty members also shared their experiences. To capture the memories of this alumni gathering, a memento frame was given to one alumnus as a surprise gift. Finally, the alumni gave it their all during the Meet and Greet. The Meet was jam-packed with fond memories, amusement, joy, and happiness.

Dikshant - The Convocation Ceremony 2k22

July 20, 2022: The Convocation Ceremony 2k22, "Dikshant," was held on July 9, 2022, on the campus of the I Business Institute. The guests, professors, director, dean of academics, and chairman lit the ceremonial lamp of wisdom and enlightenment to start the event. The Managing Director, Director, and Dean Academics gave the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor the Tree Certificate and a plant. Dr Sweta Saurabh, dean of academics, gave the yearly progress report. Sujeet Roy, the chairman, spoke to the distinguished audience.

Eminent & honourable dignitaries present:

• Chief Guest- Vishal Pandey, ADCP, Greater Noida.
• Guest of Honor- Prof. Rakesh Ranjan Vice-Chancellor Shushant University.
• Guest of Honour - Lokesh Mehra Head- Amazon Web Services Academy South Asia.
• Guest of Honour - Aditya Singhania General Manager, Head HR, Aggarwal Packers & Movers ltd.

Honourable guests shared their views with the students and guided them for their professional life. The meritorious students of Batch 2020-2022 were awarded with medals.

Institute Organises AU Revoir - The Farewell Party

July 20, 2022:  IBI'ians planned the senior PGDM Batch 2020–2022's goodbye party in 2022 as a major event called 'AU REVOIR'. Senior students welcomed everyone with a hearty welcome while dhol and nagada music played in the background. IBI residents demonstrated their ability on stage by dancing, singing, playing games, doing the ramp walk, and competing in the Ms. & Mr. Farewell competition. Students participated in three rounds of question-and-answer sessions graded by judges to win the titles of Ms. and Mr. Shagun Dubey was named Ms. Farewell, and Piyush Chakraborty was named Mr. Farewell. The entire departing batch participated in a cake cutting ceremony before to the event's conclusion. Everyone finally took to the dance floor to rock the celebration. The occasion was bursting with happiness, fun, and music.

I Business Institute Hosts National HR Conclave 2022

May 27, 2022: The theme of this National HR Conclave 2022 was "Redefining HR Landscape," and industry leaders and HR experts from notable businesses such as KPMG, Tata Bureau Veritas, BATA, Reliance, and Hilti participated as panellists. "Reshaping Organizations, from Hierarchies to Networks" and "The Big Rethink: Strategies for Workforce 2030" were the subjects of the panel discussion.

The ceremony began with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp of wisdom and enlightenment. Sweta Saurabh, Dean Academics, IBI, kicked off the HR Conclave as a Key Note Speaker. This is one of the Institute's Mega events. IBI has given the professionals a Tree Certificate and will plant a tree on the Panelists' behalf. Is a project aimed at ensuring the long-term viability of the environment.

The panellists correctly identified the industry's paradigm change and transition; HR is not a thing to perform; it is a thing that runs enterprises. The period is shifting toward more acceptance of diversity and employee-centric policies and processes that benefit not only employees but also enterprises. The changing phase of the industry serves as a wake-up call for businesses to strategize and think long-term in order to maintain and develop their personnel.

As a sign of honour and respect, the panellists were presented with a Momento from the Institute. The day's last portion was lively and full of talent. The PGDM Batches 2021-2023 played cultural songs and danced to the beats of the music. Everyone's heart and spirit was affected by the mime act on Equality.

The day was capped off with a networking dinner on campus, where students were able to network with industry leaders.

The entire event was focused on the students' overall growth.

August 16, 2021: I Business Institute, Greater Noida recently registered its association and became a member of the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP).
