There is no provision for direct admission at IBS Gurgaon. Admission process for IBS Gurgaon is completely based on entrance exam scores. Those who are interested in admission to IBS Gurgaon must appear for either IBSAT, which is online aptitude test conducted by institute itself in an online mode. Candidates who have qualified for either CAT/ NMAT or GMAT are exempted from appearing for IBSAT. Further, candidates must also appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
IBSAT 2026 application process last date will be updated on release of official notification. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process will commence on July 1 at general.ibsindia.org.
Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who wish to pursue MBA/ PGPM programme from ICFAI Business School (IBS) need to appear for IBSAT exam. This is held in computer-based mode. IBSAT comprises Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) that are distributed among 4 sections Verbal Ability. Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation. The total number of questions asked in the exam is 140. Exam is of 120 minutes without negative marking. Find below the section-wise syllabus:
1. Verbal Ability: The questions are based on sentence correction, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, grammar, idioms etc. The No. of questions asked in Verbal Ability section is 50.
2. Reading Comprehension: The candidates are required to read the passages and answer the questions based on these passages. No. of question asked is 25.
3. Quantitative Aptitude: Question are from numerical ability and problem-solving skills of the candidates. The questions are based on topics like algebra, LCM, HCF, mensuration, ratio & proportion, geometry, time & speed, statistics, probability, simple & compound interest, permutations & combinations etc.
4. Data Sufficiency & Data Interpretation: The questions are based on pie charts, tables, bar/ line graphs etc. These questions must be answered on the basis of quick calculations.

IBS Gurgaon MBA tuition fee is 9.1 lakh. After final selection, candidates need to pay admission fee amount to confirm seats. It should be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It can be revised and hence, is indicative.
