To be eligible for ICFAI Law School BA LLB (Hons) admission, applicants must have passed Class 12 in a single attempt. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in Class 12 (English medium) in any discipline. Candidates who appeared for their final examinations and are waiting for their Class 12 results are also eligible to apply for provisional admission. Their admission will be confirmed only if submit the documents establishing their eligibility as per the above-mentioned criteria. Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age on the day of programme commencement.

Only the candidates who have qualified for the ILSAT 2025 exam will be called for personal interviews. As per the institute's official website, the personal interviews for Phase 1 of ILSAT are conducted in January. Similarly, the personal interviews for Phase 2 of ILSAT are conducted in April.
