ICFAI Law School offers LLM under five specialisations. The duration, eligibility and admission procedure for these specialisations is the same. The ICFAI Law School LLM specialisations are listed below:

ILSAT 2024: The ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad conducts ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2024) as a self-directed computer-based mode. The entrance exam is held for admissions to BBA LLB (Hons) and BA LLB (Hons) programs offered at ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad.

The cutoff for BA LLB at ICFAI Law School has not been released yet. However, admission to the BA LLB program at ICFAI Law School will be based upon the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) score, LSAT (Law School Admission Test) Score, or Personal interview. Additionally, the eligibility criteria for BA LLB at ICFAI Law School require a pass in 10+2 or equivalent with 50% and above aggregate marks in any discipline.

Yes, candidates selected for BA LLB (Hons) admission at ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, have to submit a one-time fee of INR 20,000. This is the admission fee payable after the candidates have cleared the interview round. They must also submit the tuition fee for the first semester of BA LLB (Hons) before the stipulated date. Yes, ICFAI Law School offers a one-year LLM (professional) programme, specifically designed for working professionals. The programme is extended in the hybrid mode to provide flexibility to the professionals. To be eligible for the professional LLM course at ICFAI Law School, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Graduation in five-year (integrated)/three-year law or equivalent degree recognised by The Bar Council of India, with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
• Candidates must have enrolled themselves as an advocate for at least one year and should have a working experience of a minimum of 2 years in any law firm or corporate legal department
• Candidates must have qualified the ILSAT (PG) conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad.

To be eligible for ICFAI Law School BA LLB (Hons) admission, applicants must have passed Class 12 in a single attempt. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in Class 12 (English medium) in any discipline. Candidates who appeared for their final examinations and are waiting for their Class 12 results are also eligible to apply for provisional admission. Their admission will be confirmed only if submit the documents establishing their eligibility as per the above-mentioned criteria.  Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age on the day of programme commencement.

ILSAT is conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad. Candidates willing to pursue undegraduate law courses (BBA LLB/BA LLB) at ICFAI Law School must have a valid ILSAT score. For admission to the academic year of 2026, ILSAT 2026 will be conducted in two phases. The Phase 1 of the exam will be conducted on Jan 08, 2025. The Phase 2 of the exam will be conducted on April 04, 2026.

BA LLB (Hons) programme offered at ICFAI Law School is a full-time programme extended over five years. The course duration is further divided into ten semesters.
