Hi, In Oberoi STEP, students have to work in Oberoi hotels during their course and they give IGNOU Exam every semester. Step is more of a practical programme where the students learn by working in the industry and not in classroom. On the other hand, IHM Pusa offers full time B.Sc Hotel management where there is classroom teaching and industrial training involved. In my opinion, IHM Pusa is much better than Oberoi STEP. It's a college where apart from your studies you can get involved in extra curricular activities etc. which will help in your overall development. A point to note that Oberoi visits IHM Pusa and other IHMs for placements so there is not much advantage given to Step candidates during final placements.

Also, you cannot get admission into it without appearing for the NCHMCT JEE exam which in 2018 is scheduled for 28th April. As for the fee structure, here is what is known so far. The college may update or change it before admissions into the new academic year. For B.Sc 3-year full-time course, the fee is 2.49 Lacs and for M.Sc 2 years full-time course the fee is 1.50 Lacs.
