Individually both of them are good colleges for hospitality. But if we compare both of them, IHM Delhi is a lot better college as compared to IHM Gwalior. Some of the reasons are.

Yes IHM Gwalior is good for M.Sc. It is one of the best colleges in India for hospitality. It he college has good infrastructure, highly qualified faculty, and decent placements.
