Comprehensive review of IHM Meerut : Infrastructure, Faculty and more
Placements: The college offers vast opportunities for placements with big brands like Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hyatt etc. Also they take care of Industrial Internships as well. Conducting placements sessions on national as well as international levels. Campus take care of MT program as well.
Infrastructure: The campus was well equipped with different labs to help educating one well with the hotels operations. For example there are kitchen with bakery and front office lab area with housekeeping lab and laundry. Hostels are separated for boys and girls with common areas to hang and dining room.
Faculty: The teaching staff is too good there all are hotel management graduates and had work in five - seven star properties and holds a good experience in the industry. Giving real time examples during practicals and theoretical lectures to enhance students ability to handle situations.

I would not recommend joining this college.
Placements: The highest salary offered is Rs. 22,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 14,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Bikarnervala, etc. Top roles offered are housekeeping, front office, etc.
Infrastructure: All labs are good. Many labs are available in our college. The hostel is average. The food served in the hostel is not good, so it is better to stay in a PG. Sports and games are not available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and qualified. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Exams are easy. If we study 2 days before exams, we can score well. The pass percentage is 33%. The administration staff is not good and does not come to the college on time.
Other: There are around 104 students in our batch, which is divided into batches A and B. I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Our college does not provide scholarships to students. Our college does not conduct extracurricular activities. They take fees before the semester and do not provide placements after your final exams.

There are the best faculty members and best placements.
Placements: I am studying final year of my course. This course gives you the best you can expect. The average salary package offered is around 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Taj, Oberoi, Leela, etc. About 100% of students get internships in these industries. Our college always provides the best services.
Infrastructure: There are many classrooms in our college and many labs. Many practical classes are conducted. There is a huge library in our college, where we can get any kind of information. We get the best quality sports, canteen and also medical facilities. Our college provides healthy food in the mess for hostel students.
Faculty: The teachers here are very well qualified and experienced. They give us their best to inform us about the hotels in-depth. From this college, you can get the best and gain a lot of knowledge. The hotel industry provides you with different kinds of experience because this industry wants more physical work compared to other industries.
Other: I chose this course because I love to interact with people and love to cook. This course is related to my aim, and I'm ready to achieve my goals.

A good college with the best faculty.
Placements: The placements are excellent in this college. The students are always provided with training to perform better. There are separate departments set up to train and guide the students. The students are very much talented over here. Many companies visit here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best feature of this particular college. Free Wi-Fi facility is also available. The classrooms are big in size. The classrooms are air-conditioned. There is a proper ventilation system in the labs and all the classrooms of the college.
Faculty: The faculty of this particular college are well educated and well experienced. The teachers are always ready to guide students in each and every aspect. The projector screen is used to teach the students. Notes and study material are always provided to the students. The faculty are the best.

Be disciplined. Be punctual. You get respect and good placement by itself campus/ faculty are great.
Placements: The placement were good. As the institute provides 100% placement. The college invites around 50 -55 branded hotels everyear. As being genuine ITC hotel has blacklisted our college due to some issues. But on the other hand other brands as Oberoi hyatt etc. Visit our college ever year. Cruises and airways too recruiter students depending on capabilities.
Infrastructure: The college has won many awards in the last years for best infrastructure. It has all the facilities e- classes big practical labs. Playgrounds and beautiful area with a well maintained greenery all around the campus. The canteen of the college is not that big but serves good food. The cillege has a good a big library with 100's off books written by great writers. The hostel roons are good with 24/7 Wi-Fi and electricity.
Faculty: The faculty is great by knowledge and attutude. All the faculty has a very good experience of hotel industry. As all the directors are ex army so the college is well disciplined. Their are practical as well as theory classes and extra classes are also scheduled as per the need. Yes you get industry exposure during your training period. Their is training period in the 2 and year of the college.
Other: Many competition are held inside and outside the campus everyone is free to participate. The campus crowd is good. Scholarships are given on the performance of the individual. 10% fee concession is given to the students who's father has served in indian army. You also get fee concession on attendance or you may be awarded.

IHM Meerut "where success came first.
Placements: There are 100% placement in IHM Meerut. Provide good jobs to the students through campus interviews. The average salary offered is 15,000 to 20,000. The Grand, The oberoi, Taj, Admission blu, Hyatt, Lemon tree, Ananda, the palm, Domino's, Bikano's, Bikaner, jet airways, Crush, etc. The roles offered to the student is as a On job rainy, Fresher, Management rainy, Operational rainy. 100% of students got internship from college. The stipend offered to the students are not fixed because its depend on student that where he/she want to go for internship. Yes, There is a placement cell in which all the information related to the placement is kept. It is very useful for the students to know about upcoming campuses, companies offers, Offer leeter is also provoded by placement cell.
Infrastructure: All the facilities related to the labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games are available in the IHM Meerut. The quality of labs and classes are perfect or properly set. The food quality of canteen ia also good. The hostel rooms of iHM Meerut is one of the best place. Hostel having TV room, Table tannis room, Badminton court, Gym. No, I never face any infrastructure related issues during your tenure at the college.
Faculty: All thr teachers are helpful for the students. All teachers are well qualified and having lots of knowledge and having good traching quality. Different methods are used for teaching like practical classes, PPT's, Activities related to study. Yes, I get Industrial exposure from five star hotels.
Other: Events like foundation day, Fresher party, Farewell party. Fest like food fest
Campus crowd like all the students and faculty of IHM Meerut. One of the best campus surrounding. Activities like kitchen club on saturday, Cocktails classes for enjoyment and learning.

Absolutely satisfied with my college infrastructure, campus, faculty, good environment.
Placements: Placements from my batch was very good and from my seniors batch there were little more campus from my batch. All the 5 star brand hotel came in our college campus. The starting salary was 10,000-20,000. They came for the management trainee level and for freshers. I got my internship from the walk-in interview. The salary was 700 rs per month in my training period.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very good. In IHM MEERUT there is a big space of gardens and there is a proper parking. There are 3 gardens of big sizes for playing football and cricket. In my college, there are big classroom, computer lab, library, auditorium etc. The hostel environment is also good. The rooms are also very good. There is a proper cleanliness.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful but sometimes not. The teachers are well qualified and all had done M.Sc. and have a higher knowledge. The teaching method is also very good. The teaching quality is also very good. I got a industry explore on very vass basis. The course was very helpful to me. There are around 100 students of 2 batches over one teacher of each subject.
Other: There are many events, campus are also very good, there are scholarship for toppers and army background also. There are many events held in my college like cooking competition and food fest, etc.

This college is best to study, but the location is the only disadvantage for the college.
Placements: The placements are good in this college. The college gives equal opportunity in both hotel and retail sector and also provides jobs in the tourism industry. From the last year, the college also started providing placement for cruise also. The focus of the college is to place the student at the best place to work and to get every opportunity, and get more success in their life.
Infrastructure: The college has great infrastructure and has separate classes for every section. The college is providing all types of facilities to the students so that they can learn the things briefly.The practical class in this college are full of facilities. The college is made in a way that the student feels like that they are in a hotel.
Faculty: The faculty members in this college are the best part in college, and they are very friendly and the best thing about them is the way they teach the students.
